Mounting Straps & Cover Kit
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Installation Instruction No.: 1 007 588 – February 2008
IMPORTANT: Please read all instructions
before beginning.
Step 3 Install device mounting straps (2 for each
device) at those locations.
a. Engage device straps to side walls of race-
way base.
b. Tuck flanges of strap underneath the lower
ridge of the raceway base one leg at a time.
Step 1 Install raceway base.
Step 2 Mark locations for devices.
NEW INSTALLATION
Step 5 Wire all devices and mount to straps.
Step 4 Position straps at appropriate mounting
distances for the device.

Step 7 Measure distance between plates and cut
necessary covers to match.
Step 8 Install covers.
Step 6 Mount all device plates using provided
screws.
To install straps to existing installations, remove all
covers and follow steps 3 through 8 as applicable.
