a) Gotothemainfuse,orcircuitbreaker,boxinyourhome.
Placethemainpowerswitchinthe“OFF”position.
b) Unscrewthefuse(s),orswitch“OFF”thecircuitbreaker
switch(s),thatcontrolthepowertothextureorroomthat
youareworkingon.
c) Placethewallswitchinthe“OFF”position.Ifthextureto
bereplacedhasaswitchorpullchain,placethoseinthe
“OFF”position.
2) Attachmountingstraptooutletbox.(Screwsnotprovided)
3) Threadhexnutontothreadedpipesothat5threadsare
exposedabovehexnut.Threadthatendofthreadedpipeinto
mountingstrapandtightenhexnutagainstmountingstrap.

tworaiseddimples.Wrapgroundwirefromoutletbox
aroundgreengroundscrew,andthreadintohole.

groundscrew,andthreadintomountingstrap.
Iffixtureisprovidedwithgroundwire.Connectfixture
groundwiretooutletboxgroundwirewithwireconnector(Not
provided.)Afterfollowingtheabovesteps.Neverconnect
groundwiretoblackorwhitepowersupplywires.
5) Makewireconnections(connectorsnotprovided.)Reference
chartbelowforcorrectconnectionsandwireaccordingly.
6) Pushxturetowall,carefullypassingthreadedpipethrough
hole.
7) Securexturetowallusingthreadedcap.
8) Setglassthenspacerdownoversocket.IMPORTANT:
Positionofeachglasspieceshouldbeasillustrated.While
facingxture,shortglasspieceshouldbeinstalledontheleft.
Tallglasspieceshouldbeinstalledontheright.
9) Attachsocketringtospanner.
10)Lowerspannerwithsocketringattacheddownoversocketand
threadsocketringontosocket.Tightensocketringtosecure
glassinplace.(DONOTovertighten.)
11) Insertrecommendedbulb.CAUTION: DONOTtouchbulbwith
barehands.Ifthishappens,cleanbulbwithdenaturedalcohol
andalintfreecloth.
