How to Charge?
( Prior to first use- Make sure both the Earbuds and the Charging Case are fully charged. )
Use the Micro USB Cable to Charge the Charging Case and Earbuds
1. Make sure the Earbuds are in the correct slots in the Charging Case.
2. Use the USB Cable to connect the Charging Case port and the charger to your PC or
other computers.
3. When you see the Twins Wireless Earbuds Led lights are Red, it shows they are being
charged; When you see the Number on the Led Display of the Charging case is flashing, it
shows it is being charged (Check Photo 1)

4. When you see the Twins Earbuds Led lights are from Red to Blue, it shows the twins
Earbuds are fully charged(Check Photo 2).
5. When you see the Number on the Led Display of the Charging case is 100, it shows the
charging case is fully charged(Check photo 3).

Use the Charging Case to Charge the Earbuds:
Because the Charging Case is a power bank,after the Charging Case is fully charged, It can
charge the Earbuds for 5-6 times Without the Micro USB Cable.
1. Make sure the Earbuds are in the correct slots in the Charging Case.
2. Press the Button of the Charging Case, When you see the Twins Wireless Earbuds Led
lights are Red, it shows they are being charged(Check photo A).

3.When you see the Twins Earbuds Led lights are from Red to Blue, it shows the twins
Earbuds are fully charged(Check photo B).And after 1 minutes, the blue light will
disappear(Check Photo C).
Note: If you do not use the headset for a long time, please charge the twins
earbuds and the charging box at least once every 3 months.Please disconnect the
charger in time after the charging box is fully charged.
How to Switch On/Off the Earbuds?
Turn on: Open the lid of the charging case, take out the twins earbuds from the charging
case, the twins earbuds will turn on and connect with each other automatically
Turn off:
Method1: Put the twins earbuds back into the charging case (The First way)
Method2: When the twins earbuds are being used,hold down the earbuds MFB for 3
seconds(The Second way).(the earbuds led light will be red for 1 second)
Note: When Earbuds are successfully paired with your device, if one Earbud is turned off,
the other one will turn off at the same time.

How to Pair Twin Earbuds with my phone?
A. Twins Earbuds Mode
1. Open the lid of the charging box and take out the twins earbuds, they will pair with each
other automatically.(The red and blue lights of the R eabud flashes alternately and voice
prompt “left channel”&”right channel”)
2. Open the bluetooth of your device, search and click the model “J29 R”, the twins earbuds
will connect with your device successfully.
Note: When Earbuds are successfully paired with your device, if the Host Channel has a
prompt “Low battery” and turn off soon, the Vice Channel has some battery in fact. You can
charge the Host Channel Earbud separately,and reconnect the Vice Channel Earbud with
your phone to use.
B.Mono Earbud Mode
1.Open the lid of the charging case, just take one of the earbuds from the charging case.
2.Open the bluetooth of your device, search and click the model “J29 R”, the single earbud
will connect with your device successfully. (If you use left earbud, search and click “J29 L”)
Note: If you just use left earbud, you can use left earbud to “+” & “-”volume, you need
to “play the previous”& “play the next song” by your phone;
If you just use the right earbud, you can use the right earbud to “play the previous”&
“play the next song”, you need to “+” & “-” the volume by your phone.

Q:Why the Earbuds Volume is too low ? Even if i have adjusted the earbuds
volume to the MAX ? And i have tested iPhone and Android Phones.iPhone can do
it, Android can’t, Why ?
A:Yep, Android can’t do it.Because iPhone and Android are different system protocol,
iPhone system can overcome this , but Android can’t be consistent. If you are using Android
phone, you have double-clicked the Earbuds button to the max volume, you still think the
volume is a little low, you can try to adjust the volume by your phone. Hope this answer will
solve your confusion.
Q: Why is my earbud disconnected occasionally ?
A: All wireless Bluetooth earbuds are connected to the phone via Bluetooth. We use the
upgraded version of Bluetooth 5.0 technology. The signal is stable most of the time. If the
disconnection occurs, the nearby Bluetooth signal is too weak or there is a problem with the

Bluetooth function of your device.
1. If the nearby Bluetooth signal is too weak.Try to change the place to use. ,Simultaneously,
clear all bluetooth from your device, put the twins earbuds back into the charging case,Open
the lid of the charging box and take out the twins earbuds, they will pair with each other
automatically.(The red and blue lights of the R eabud flash alternately and voice prompt
“left channel”&”right channel”). Open the bluetooth of your device, search and click the
model “J29 R”, the twins earbuds will connect with your device successfully
2. If there is a problem with the Bluetooth function of your device, try to change a device.
Q:Why my earbud can’t be charged ?
A:When you put the twins earbuds into the charging case,both of the earbuds led light
are red, it shows the twins earbuds are being charged correctly.If one of the earbud led light
is none,please check following steps:
Firstly :Make sure the Earbuds are in the correct slots in the Charging Case.
Secondly: Press the Button of the Charging Case, When you see the Twins Wireless
Earbuds Led lights are Red, it shows they are being charged.(If it still doesn't work,try to
wipe the chagring contact point and magnet point with alcohol cloth )
Thirdly: After do the above 3 steps, try to use the usb cable and earbuds together.To check
whether there has the red light on twins earbuds.If still not make it,please make the problem
video to our official web after sale, we will help you solve it.
Q : Why my earbuds keep dropping occasionally ?
A: Firstly, please adjust the earbuds by roating it back and forth to feel more stable and
comfortable.
Secondly, we have different sizes of earplugs for different people. If you think it's easy

to lose them at any Angle, please try to use extra earplugs .
Q: Why I can’t pair Twin Earbuds with my phone ?
A: First, make sure your earbuds are fully charged. Then forget all bluetooth devices
from your phone.
Method One: Open the lid of the charging box and take out the twins earbuds, they will
pair with each other automatically.(The red and blue lights of the R eabud flash alternately
and voice prompt “left channel”&”right channel”). Open the bluetooth of your device, search
and click the model “J29 R”, the twins earbuds will connect with your device successfully.
Method Two: Take out twins earbuds from the charging case at the same time until
twins earbuds enter the pairing (red and blue lights alternately flash), quick Double-click twin
earbuds ,when the twins earbuds with red and blue lights flashing at the same time, After
about 6 seconds, the left earbud blue light flashes separately, and the right earbud
continues to flash red and blue alternately. Open the bluetooth of your device, search and
click the model “J29 R”, the twins earbuds will connect with your device successfully.
Q:Why is there only one earbud with sound after connecting,or my earbuds can’t
be turned on ?
A:1.Before using,please make sure the Earbuds are fully charged. Then forget all
bluetooth devices from your phone.
2.Please put twins earbuds into your charging case, when you see both of the twins earbuds
led lights are red, then take out of the twins earbuds at the same time, When Right earbud
flashes red and blue light.It shows the twins earbuds will pair with each other successfully.
3. At last open the bluetooth of your phone to connect. There will have voice in both ears.

Q:Why is Bluetooth Earbuds signal direct distance better than the curve ?
A:Because this is a kind of radio wave, it has low transmission power, However, if there
is an obstruction ,the signal is not good.
Q:When calling,why is my phone volume and sound clarity different from my
friends phone ?
A: This just depends on each person’s individual phone, we have done our best to
ensure the sound clarity and volume on many different phones.
Q: Why there has a button on the Charging Case?
A: When you press it, it will show the rest battery of the charging case, let you know
when you should charge the charging case. And once you press the button, the charging
case will charge the earbuds, if press again, it will stop charging.
Q: Why I must use the charging case to switch on the Earbuds ?
A: This design is designed to save power and protect earbuds, increase the use time of
the charging case and delay the play time of the earbuds.
Q:Why are the Earbuds a little warm after using them for a while?
A:Because these Earbuds are completely the in-ear type, and since the ear space is small,
it doesn’t leave a large space, so it may get a little warm.This heat is a human body
acceptable temperature.You don’t need to worry about it.

Safety Precautions:
The Earbuds are excellent quality; in order to the life of the Earbuds, please make sure of
the following instructions :
1.Please keep the device away from extreme heat, humidity, or corrosive environments.
2.Please prevent the device from being struck or dropping, warping, soaking, etc.
3.Please don't dismantle the Earbuds or Charging Case.
4.Please don't overcharge the device for a long time, as that will decrease the battery
service life.
5.Please stop using the device immediately if it causes discomfort or pain.
6.Use DC-5V 1A chargers/adapters certified by a regulated manufacturer.Recharging and
discharging the headphones repeatedly will lead to decrease in battery performance over
time,which is normal for all rechargeable batteries.(Don’t press the elastic pin contact point,
so as not to cause them to be used properly.)
