1. If the nearby Bluetooth signal is too weak.Try to change the place to use. ,Simultaneously,

the lid of the charging box and take out the twins earbuds, they will pair with each other
automatically.(The red and blue lights of the R eabud flash alternately and voice prompt
“left channel”&”right channel”). Open the bluetooth of your device, search and click the
model “J29 R”, the twins earbuds will connect with your device successfully

Q:Why my earbud can’t be charged ?
A:When you put the twins earbuds into the charging case,both of the earbuds led light
are red, it shows the twins earbuds are being charged correctly.If one of the earbud led light
is none,please check following steps:
Firstly :Make sure the Earbuds are in the correct slots in the Charging Case.
Secondly: Press the Button of the Charging Case, When you see the Twins Wireless
Earbuds Led lights are Red, it shows they are being charged.(If it still doesn't work,try to
wipe the chagring contact point and magnet point with alcohol cloth )
Thirdly: After do the above 3 steps, try to use the usb cable and earbuds together.To check
whether there has the red light on twins earbuds.If still not make it,please make the problem
