Sealey HT301R is a 2.5W SMD LED rechargeable head torch designed for hands-free illumination with adjustable brightness. It offers two power settings: high (250lm) and low (150lm), providing up to 2 hours of runtime on high and 3.5 hours on low. The torch features a green LED charge indicator and extendable arms with foam pads for added comfort. It comes with a Type C USB charging cable for convenient charging.

1. SAFETY

9 Inspect the cable and connector for wear and damage to ensure items are safe before connecting to the power supply. If worn or

damaged DO NOT use.

9 Ensure the torch is fully charged before initial use.

8 DO NOT charge in damp conditions.

8 DO NOT turn the torch on when it is being charged.

8 DO NOT shine directly into your, another person’s or an animal’s eyes.

8 DO NOT allow children to use the torch.

8 DO NOT handle or move the torch whilst it is being charged.

8 DO NOT use the torch if you suspect that the battery or the torch casing is damaged.

8 DO NOT leave battery in a discharged state, recharge battery immediately. Before storage, fully recharge the battery, subsequently

recharge the battery at least once every six months of non-use.

8 DO NOT attempt to open, disassemble, modify or service the battery pack.

8 DO NOT crush, puncture, short external contacts or dispose of in re or water.

9 Replace only with the battery pack designated for this product.

9 Recycle or dispose of used battery as stipulated by local regulation.

9 If the electrolyte in the cells gets on your skin, thoroughly rinse with water. If it gets in your eyes, rinse thoroughly with cool water and

seek immediate medical attention.

2. INTRODUCTION

Hands-free 2.5W SMD LED head torch to direct light as required. Two power settings - high and 60% power with an output of 250/150lm.

Green LED charge indicator. Extendable arms with foam pads for added comfort. Supplied with Type C USB charging cable.

4. OPERATION

4.1. Fit the torch to the head set using the washer, thumb-wheel, cover and

screw. Adjust the orientation of the torch to suit.

4.2. Pressing the power button once will turn the light on full power, pressing

it again will dim the light and pressing a third time will turn the light o.

4.3. CHARGING

NOTE: The torch can also be detached from the collar which may make

charging more convenient.

4.3.1. Remove USB socket cover on the torch.

4.3.2. Connect the USB lead to the port on the end of the battery pack and the

other end to a USB power socket. Turn on the power supply.

4.3.3. Switch o power supply, remove charging lead and replace socket cover

on battery pack.

4.3.4. The charge indicator (green LED) on the side of the torch will ash to show the unit is charging and has charge.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION

Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to

a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely

unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids

according to local regulations.

WEEE REGULATIONS

Dispose of this product at the end of its working life in compliance with the EU Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment

(WEEE). When the product is no longer required, it must be disposed of in an environmentally protective way. Contact your local solid

waste authority for recycling information.

BATTERY REMOVAL

Under the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009, Jack Sealey Ltd are required to inform potential purchasers of products

containing batteries (as defined within these regulations), that they are registered with Valpak’s registered compliance scheme. Jack

Sealey Ltd Batteries Producer Registration Number (BPRN) is BPRN00705.
