The best place to monitor your heart rate is one finger-width away from your wrist bone,
as shown in the image below. The back of the smartwatch touches the skin. Stay still while
measuring.
Q4: Incoming call, SMS, SNS notification
Open "VeryFit" APP, "Device" → "notification management"
Tip:Calls/SMS notification function works when the device connects to your smartphone
via APP.
Q5:Why is the phone and Band often disconnected?
You need to make sure that the app is running in the background and not going into
"sleep" mode. You need to whitelist the "VeryFit" APP. Go to phone settings → battery
optimization.
