Q1: How to activate the device? How to set the time? How to connect
mobile phone and Band?
For the first time, activate, connect to the mobile phone, and automatically synchronize the time
Remove the strap with the built-in USB side and activate the ID155 via a standard USB plug.
1. Download "VeryFit" APP for Android and iOS devices.
Option 1: Search for "VeryFit" in APP store or Google Play and download it to your smartphone.
Option 2: Scan the QR code, download and install the APP.
2. Enable Bluetooth before binding the device.
3. Open "VeryFit" APP on your smartphone and tap on "Device" "Add device", then your
smartphone starts searching for devices.
4. Select your device in the list of found devices, connect the device to your smartphone.
Tip: To avoid signal interference, remove other Bluetooth devices near the fitness tracker.

Q3Heart Rate
The best place to monitor your heart rate is one finger-width away from your wrist bone,

measuring.

Tip:Calls/SMS notification function works when the device connects to your smartphone
via APP.
Q5:Why is the phone and Band often disconnected?
You need to make sure that the app is running in the background and not going into
"sleep" mode. You need to whitelist the "VeryFit" APP. Go to phone settings battery
optimization.
You can view the VeryFit > My > Background protection guide. There are teachings for the
background operation settings of different brands of mobile phones.

Q8:Why does the sensor on the Band's back glow green at night?
This is because you have turned on [24/7 heart rate monitoring]. You can turn off this function in
the APP "VeryFit".
Q9:Precautions:
These are the possible causes of damage to the band:
1. The bracelet is IP68 waterproof and can be worn for swimming in shallow water. But it is not
resistant to high temperature and water vapor. Please do not wear it for hot baths, saunas, hot
springs, sun baths.
2. The requirement of the charger is 5V/500mA, do not charge for a long time, it may burn out
the electronic components inside.
3. Please make sure that the charging port is dry before charging, so as to avoid short circuit
caused by moisture in the charging port.
