Can’t nd the device when trying to pair with smartphone?
1. Please ensure you smartphone’s Bluetooth is turned ON and that your smartphone operating system is Android 4.4
& above and iOS 7.1 & above.
2. Please ensure the distance between the band and your smartphone is no more than 0.5m while trying to pair.
3. Make sure the band does not have low battery. If the battery is low please fully charge before trying to connect.
Can’t connect the band with the app?
Please try to restart you smartphone if your phone will not connect to the band.
Restore factory settings
To carry out a factory reset of the Activity Tracker, make sure the device is connected to the app. Open the app and then
go to USER > SYSTEM SETTINGS > RESTART DEVICE
How to update the app
Make sure the device is connected to the app. Open the app and then go to DEVICE > DEVICE UPGRADE. Please wait
a few minutes for the update to take place. You will need an internet connection for the app to download the update.
