Removal from crate
1. Remove cardboard carton
from metal frame.

Set-up Instructions

2. Remove wire straps
and foam covering from
handlebar.
Removal from crate
3. Remove wire staps from front forks and rear swing arm
2
4. Remove bolts from both sides of metal frame
remove foam covering and hardware box.
5. Remove bolts holding metal
frame to handlebar bracket.

2. Install handlebars by using handlebar clamp provided.
Torque bolts to 25Nm (18.5ft.lb.)
1. Attach fuel tank cap.
3. Attach number plate by removing bolt
and placing plate over front forks.

Gas and Oil
1. Fill engine with correct amount of oil. Refer to owners
manual for oil types and quantity.
2. Fill gas tank as specied in
owners manual.
Oil Cap
3. Refer to owners manual for
proper starting instructions.
!!WARNING!!
This engine may be shipped with packing oil in
the engine. This oil should be drained and
replaced with new engine oil as described in the
owners manual. Never attempt to start the
engine without rst replacing the engine oil with
the proper amount and grade as described in the
owners manual.
