How to Search and Backup Remotely

1. Open a web browser:

a. Internet Explorer 8 - 32bit ---- YES

b. Internet Explorer 8 64-bit ---- NOT SUPPORTED

c. Google Chrome ---- YES

d. iPHONE 3GS ---- YES using SAFARI web browsing

e. iPad 1 - NOT SUPPORTED

2. Enter the IP address of the VEO Server on the address bar then hit ENTER key.

3. You will get a prompt to login. By default the username is: ADMIN (in uppercase) and

password is: 1234. Click on OK button to login.

4. THIS STEP IS OPTIONAL: If you don't get the LIVE screen right away, right below the

address bar, you will see a yellow message bar saying "This website wants to install the

following add-on: 'regtrustsite Control' from 'AHOPE Co., LTD.'. If you trust the website

and the add-on and want to install it, click here. . ."

5. THIS STEP IS OPTIONAL: Click on the message and click on "Install This Add-on for

All Users on This Computer. . ."

6. THIS STEP IS OPTIONAL: Another Security Warning will appear on the screen. Just

click on "Install" button and in a few secconds it will show the LIVE picture.

7. At the top of the screen, click on "Search" tab.

8. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen. Adjust the date and start time or you can use the

blue vertical marker to change the start time.

9. Click on "Backup" button on the right hand side and this window will appear on your screen.
