Installation and start FastMash Basic
Cold water connection; with a connection tube (1/2” R internal thread, enclosed.
Consumption of current: 2, 2 Kw
1. Locate the machine on a flat level and water proof surface.
2. Ensure free circulation of air behind the machine (approximately 10 cm).
3. Connect to cold water feed with connection tube supplied.
A shut off tap must be assembled. (1/2” R with external thread).
4. Connect the plug to a separate earthed wall socket 230V,10 A
5. Open the door and turn on the switch. The machine will now
automatically filling up 5,0 litre of water and will start heating when
the water rushing noise stops.
Pre-set temp is. 85
°C.
6. Add (mash) concentrate to the canister.
7. The machine is ready to use after approx 15 minutes.
Do not serve mash before water have the right serving temperature, 85 °C!
NOTE!
Check that chute from the canister will be in close contact with steam trap.
Operation
1. Place the stainless bracket (for mash trough) on the two fixing screws at machines front.
2. Put a mash trough in bracket.
3. Push button at left side for full portion, 180-200 gram ready-mixed mash.
Note! If no mash is coming! Do not push button again. Open door and clean mixer system.
N.B.!
To further guarantee reliability of service at machine. We recommend that a flushing of
machines mixer system shall be done 5 - 10 times every day or after each taken 10:e portion.
- Put a cup under the outlet.
- Push down button (”skölj”) in 2 - 3 seconds.

Adjusting of portion quantity
1. Open door.
2. Adjust time for full portion. Clockwise = larger (bigger)portion,
Anticlockwise = smaller portion.
Adjusting of consistency – Shall be done of a service technician!
1. Open door.
2. Lift out canister. (for concentrate)
3. Adjust water tap (inside panel) with a screwdriver.
Clockwise = hard consistence,
Anti-clockwise = make thinner consistency.
IMPORTANT!
Do not make any alterations to the machine. Such measures may cause personal injury
and the machine to fail. The machine should stand on a flat surface so that it will function
properly.
The machine should be placed on a waterproof surface so that any leakage is easily
noticeable.
Make sure there is no bend on the connection tube when the machine is pushed into its
place. The tube connections should be regularly checked. Make sure that no leakage has
occurred in connection with installation. Do not leave the machine unattended while
using. Close water connection and electricity during the night when the machine is not
used.
The machine must be disconnected from electrical supply before any maintenance.
Capacity approx. 25 litre/water/hour

Filling up concentrate
Filling up concentrate
1. Open door.
2. Turn up chute. (from steam trap).
3. Lift out canister.
4. Fill concentrate (mash).
5. Turn down chute and make sure that chute from the canister will be in close contact
with steam trap.
6. Start a flushing of machine, once.

• Always use one way cleaning towelling when cleaning machine.

• Important! Wash and disinfect hands before reassembling all parts into the mash
machine.

Wash these parts and assemble the machine.
Daily cleaning:
1. Open door and loose
A- Steam trap
B- Mixer bowl
C- Whipper chamber
D- Whipper
E- Assembly plate
- Canister
- Chute
F- O-ring assembly plate
G- Grommet whipper pin
- Drip tray
2. Dish all these parts. Spray after that with a disinfectant.
Wait approximately 2 minutes.
After that, flush all parts with water to make sure that
rests of disinfectant disappears.
3. Wash and disinfect hands before parts will be
assembled again.
4. Dry and assemble all cleaned parts.
5. When reassemble whipper, it is important that whipper
will fit in with motor whipper pin (1), or else the whipper
will be defective.
