that our ornamental fence will be free from defects in workmanship and materials.
The electrostatic powder coat  nish has a limited lifetime warranty against
cracking,  aking, or peeling. The warranty does not extend to damage caused by
use other than that which the fence has been designed for, such as: alterations,
accidents, improper installation, abuse, negligence, vandalism, or acts of God.
