Crossco PA057-4 is a 100% acrylic polymer emulsion designed for modifying portland cement and hydraulic cement composition. It is a concrete bonding agent and admixture for cement-based materials and mixes that significantly improves adhesion, cohesion, tensile, compressive flexural strengths and mechanical properties. It improves freeze/thaw stability of Portland cement-based products. Important application areas include patching and resurfacing floors, underlayment, terrazzo flooring, stucco, industrial cement floors, highways, bridge deck repair, etc.

DESCRIPTION

Crosso Acryl-B-60-A is a 100% acrylic polymer emulsions designed for

modifying portland cement and hydraulic cement composition.

A concrete bonding agent and admixture for cement-based materials

and mixes to significatly improves adhesion, cohesion, tensile, compressive

flexural, strengths and mechanical properties. It improves freeze/thraw

stability of Portland cement based products.

USES Important application areas include patching and resurfacing floor,

underlayment, terrazo flooring, stucco, industrial cement floor, highways,

bridge deck repair, etc.

APPLICATION

Clean the area and remove all loose material and loose concrete and any oil, grease

dirty, efflorecense, etc.

Mix the cement and the sand. Important the sand is clean and dry.

In a bucket mix Crossco Acryl B 60 A and water. Mix the liquid with the cement and

sand slowly until you have desired consistency.

Apply a little amount of Crossco Acryl B 60 in the repair area. Apply the cement mix

before the Crossco Acryl -B -60-A dry. Please don't exceed more then 20 minutes

to making the application.

Leave the area dry for 24 to 48 hours and the cure period is 4 days for heavy

traffic.

Liquid Mixer for various uses:

for best adhesion in morter and reduce the crack in the cement

1 part of Crossco Acryl B 60 and 3 part of water

for cement mix

2 part of Crossco Acryl B 60 and 1 part of water

Note:

This measurements is for normal conditions. Where the application is critical

increase the use amount for Crossco Acryl B 60.

CAUTION

Keep out of reach of children.

If skin contact occurs, wash inmediately with soap and water, seek medical help as

needed.

If eye contact occurs, flush inmediately with clean water and seek medical help.

In case of ingestion, seek medical help inmediately.
