When installation or maintenance, please obey the following instructions carefully to ensure the safety use of this
appliance.
Please keep this instruction Manual for future reference, or hand it to next user.
Put off the package to make sure none of the parts is missing or damaged. If there is any doubt about the product,
please do not use it, and consult it to the experts.
Keep the packing material out of reach of the children to avoid accident( Especially the plastic bag, screw etc)
This appliance could be only operated by the person who is familiar with the unit.
When not using the appliance or the operator is absent, please turn off the unit to avoid any accidental injury or
damage.
When it needs to be repaired, please ask for expert, and use the original fitted spare part. It will be dangerous if not
following the above requirements.
This appliance is just for commercial using, not for any other use, otherwise, it may be dangerous.
Do not rinse the equipment with water directly.
Clean the surface of stainless steel periodically with appropriate method to prevent any damage brought by
oxidization or any other chemical interference.
Functional Introduction
This product is manufactured by our company, which is combined with advantages from home and abroad. It is novel in
design, reasonable in structure, easy in operation, all stainless steel made, durable in using and convenient in maintenance.
The appliance is equipped with hot-air circulation system, which is able to convert the air in oven to heat the food with
even temperature during cooking. Cook time could be settled conveniently and efficiently within a range of 120min. Also,
the device is provided with top heating function so that the food surface could be processed to a golden color. The vapor
and humidity combination function, making the food to be cooked achieve the best effect. All of these features of this
product make it the ideal and necessary equipment for baking fresh and frozen bread, flour products and meat products,
as well as cooking gastronomy food.

Precautions & Recommendations
Transportation and Storage
During transportation, the machine should be carefully handled and do not put it upside down to prevent from damaging
to the shell and inside. The packaged machine should be stored in a ventilated warehouse without corrosive gas. If it needs
to be stored in open air temporarily, measurement against raining is needed.
Notices for Installment
Installation:
1. All the installation of power device and circuit connection shall be performed by professional electric technician
according to the safety standard.
2. Check the mounting place:
Before installation of the device, check whether the connection of the device is connected in accordance with the
instructions.
3. Rubber feet:
Do not use devices without rubber feet.

The rubber feet shall be mounted on the device firmly.
4. Requirements of the mounting place:
The device must be placed on a stable surface according to the instruction.
Please mount the device on a place where it can be connected to power easily and be maintained normally.
It is advisable to make the rear of the device 10cm away from wall or other barriers.
The oven must be placed on a stable table stand or shelf.
If the device is placed near wall, please make sure that it is away from inflammable objects.
Please install this device in a well-ventilated place with fine fire extinguishing equipment.
5. Remove the film on the surface of the device before using.
6. Electric component connection:
The connection of power cord must comply with the electrical safety standard.
Before connection, check whether the voltage and frequency of the applicable power supply correspond with the
parameters on the device data plate.
Please mount a bipolar switch between the device and the power cord. When the
device is running, the voltage error shall not exceed ±10%.
7. Power cord connection(fig.1):
Use an appropriate screwdriver to screw the cable tight and fasten it.
Connect it according to the connection figure.
8. Connection of the water inlet pipe(fig.2):
Connect the tap water pipe joint and the solenoid water inlet with the supplied water
inlet pipe, and add a filter at the side of the tap water pipe joint to prevent the solenoid
from being blocked by sediments.
The oven is equipped with an exhaust pipe at the back to discharge the excess steam.
Notice:
1. The device must be grounded.
2. When connecting the power cord, please abide by the instruction show on the figure: insert the copper bridge and
power cord underneath the screw and then screw the power cord carefully so that the copper bridge can hold the
power cord firmly.
3. If the connection is incorrect, the connector may generate heat and burn out the power cord.
4. The supply voltage should comply with the working voltage of the appliance.
5. The appliance is equipped with an earth bolt at its back, which should be connected with copper wire no less than
1.5mm² and earth wire that conforming to safety regulations reliably.
6. After installation, check that whether the connection is loose, whether the voltage is normal and whether the safety
grounding is reliable.
7. The fixed arrangement of wire should be equipped with an all-pole disconnecting switch with a contact opening of
3mm on its poles. It is advisable to install a grounding leakage protection switch. Do not pile up sundries in front of
the switch, for convenient operation sake.
8. Vicinity of the mounting position should not store flammable or explosive objects. The ambient temperature should
be lower than 45 and the relative humidity should be below 85.
Special Notice
1. This product is a commercial machine that needs to be operated by trained cook, not applicable for household use.
2. Do not sway or tilt the appliance during operation.
3. Do not dismantle or self-modify the appliance. Dismantlement and self-modification may cause casualty.
4. Do not open the housing of the appliance. The product contains high-voltage circuit, housing dismantlement may
cause electric shock.
5. Before cleaning, unplug and cut off the power supply.
6. During cleaning, do not aim at the appliance with water jet. Water can conduct electricity, that may cause electric
shock due to leakage.
7. Do not pat the product or put any heavy objects onto it. Abnormal operation may cause damage and danger.

8. High temperature may cause scald. Do not touch the appliance with hands directly due to high temperature during or
after operation.
9. To prevent damage, turn off the electric switch ASAP when near thunder zone.
10. Do not destroy the control panel with hard or sharp objects.
11. This appliance is only designed for food grilling or baking, not applicable for other usages.
12. After working, turn off the switches.
13. Maintenance should be done by qualified technicians, it is dangerous for others to have the work done.
14. If the power cord is damaged, to avoid hazard, substitution should be done by manufacturer or its maintenance
department or similar professional personnel.
Working Instructions & Operation Flow
1. Before using, check that whether the power installation is correct. Making sure that the supply voltage complies with
the working voltage of the appliance.
2. The oven is allowed to be operated between 20~300.
3. When cooking, care shall be taken to hold at least a 4cm interval between each food tray in the chamber. To the
benefit of hot-air circulation, the food in each tray shall not be too much.
4. Time control operation indicator (also the power switch)
The timer can be regulated between a cooking time of 0~120mins.
Rotate the timer clockwise to the desired time (continuous operation of this step is allowed, and the maximum
valve can be 120mins), the indicator will be on and so is the illumination light (which show the device starts up).
When you release the timer, it will automatically count time anticlockwise. When the settled time is up, the time
will be back to zero position and the power will be cut off automatically while the oven gives out a tick sound for
alarming. The indicator and the illumination light will both be off at that time.
The food volume is responsible for the cooking time which functions in such a way that if the food volume is
large, the cooking time will be longer, and vice versa.
5. Top heating operation
The top heating is performed through the control of both the top heating thermostat and the timer .
Rotate the timer clockwise to set the desired time value.
Rota the top heating thermostat to the needed temperature value, at which time the top heating indicator will
be on (the temperature range is 0~300).
If the temperature reaches the settled value, the top heating indicator will be off and the heating elements stop
working. If the temperature drops a certain value below the desired value, the top heating indicator will be on
and the heating elements start to work again. This process will repeat automatically.
6. Hot-air circulation operation
Hot-air circulation operation is controlled by the thermostat and the timer simultaneously (at this moment, the
top heating thermostat must be turn to 0 position).
Rotate the timer switch clockwise to set the needed value (the time range is 0~120mins).
Rotate the hot-air circulation thermostat knob to set the desired, at which time the temperature indicator will
be on (the temperature range is 0~300).
If the temperature reaches the settled value, the temperature indicator will be off and the heating elements
stop working. If the temperature drops a certain value below the desired value, the temperature indicator will
be on and the heating elements start to work again. This process will repeat automatically.
7. Steam-spraying operation
The steam-spraying function can be only used in the hot-air circulation function, which can control the
generation of the steam in the hot furnace.

The chamber temperature shall be at least 120° when using the steam function.
Press the steam-spraying button, at which time the steam indicator will be on and the steam will enter into the
chamber and hit onto the heating elements through the fan so that the steam can be generated.
The steam volume is determined by the time duration you pressed the button, however, it shall not exceed 5s.
The steam volume is controlled by the cook according to the food and food volume.
When spraying, observe the chamber. If atomization is not sufficient, release the switch and stop spraying to
prevent ponding in chamber.
It is normal that if it makes a sound when the spraying steam/water hit the fan.
Note: The steam-spraying device shall be used together with the time control device and the hot-air circulation device,
which means, it can be only used when the timer and the hot-air circulation function is under operation.
Routine Inspection
It is necessary to check the machine daily.
Check the machine regularly can avoid serious accident happens.
Stop using if user feels that there are some problems in the circuit or machine.
Check the situation of the machine before or after using every day.
Before using: Whether the machine is tilted?
Whether the control panel is damaged?
Whether the power cord is aging, cracking or damaged?
During using: Whether there is strange odor or vibration noise?
Whether the temperature is out of control or any electric leakage?
Whether the power is normal?
Cleaning & Maintenance
1. Before cleaning, to avoid unexpected accidents, cut off the power and have the work done after the device cools
down.
2. Clean the oil contamination in chamber regularly with a dry cloth. Do not use any acidic water for cleaning.
3. Take out the grills (trays) from chamber and wash them in water with cleaner. The chamber shall be wiped with dry
cloth and then clean with wet cloth.
4. Do not aim at the appliance with water jet. Water infiltration may damage the electric performance and cause safety
accidents.
5. It is advisable to add some grease to activity area of door hinge to maintain its flexibility at least once a year.
6. The device shall be tested or inspected by experienced technician periodically. (Recommended once a month)
7. If not going to use the appliance at any time, turn off the power switch.
8. If not going to use the appliance for a long period of time, clean it completely and store it in a well-ventilated
warehouse without any corrosive gases.
Failure Analysis & Trouble Shooting
Symptoms

The fuse is burnt out.
1. Replace the fuse.
No steam in chamber.
1. Check whether the water inlet is disconnected.
2. Whether the tap is disconnected.
3. Whether the solenoid valve is malfunctioning.
The oven is de-energized once it is energized.
1. Check whether the power switch is match.
The oven is energized, but the other functions of the oven is not.
1. Whether the overheat protector is disconnected.
Aforementioned troubles are just for reference. If any failure occurs, please stop using, and inform the professional
technicians to check and repair.

LINKRICH warrants to the original purchaser of every new LINKRICH product, under normal and proper use and
maintenance service as specified by LINKRICH and upon proper installation and start-up in accordance with the instruction
packet supplied with each LINKRICH unit. LINKRICH’s obligation under this warranty is limited to a period of one (1) year
from the date of original installation.

What is not conected by this Warranty
Linkrich’s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of parts, Subject to the additional limitations below.
This warranty neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume obligations other than those expressly covered by this
warranty. This warranty is limited to replacement of parts, and the shipment charge is not included.
No consequential damages. Linkrich is not responsible for Economic loss; or special, indirect, or consequential damages,
including without limitation, losses or damages arising from food or product spoilage claims whether or not account of
refrigeration failure.
Warranty is not transferable. This warranty is not assignable and applies only in favor the original purchaser/user to whom
delivered. Any such assignment or transfer shall avoid the warranties herein made and shall avoid all warranties, express or
implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Improper usage . Linkrich assumes no liability for parts or labor coverage for component failure or other damages resulting
from improper usage or installation or failure to clean and/or maintain product as set forth in the warranty packet
provided with the unit.
Residential applications: linkrich assumes no liability for parts or labor coverage for component failure or other damages
resulting from installation in non-commercial or residential applications.
Alteration, neglect, abuse, issue, accident, damage during transit or installation, fire, flood, acts of god. Linkrich is not
responsible for the repair or replacement of any parts that linkrich determines have been subjected after the date of
manufacture to alteration, neglect, abuse, accident, damage during transit or installation, fire, flood, or act of god.
Improper electrical connections. Linkrich is not responsible for the repair or replacement of failed or damaged
components resulting from electrical power failure, the use of extension cords, low voltage, or voltage drops to the unit.
No implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose: there are no other warranties, expressed,
implied or statutory, except the one (1) year parts warranty as described above. These warranties are exclusive and in lieu
of all other warranties, including implied warranty and merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. These are no
warranty which extend beyond the description on the face hereof.
