MEDICAL PRO PLUGGABLE TASKS - INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
To add the task in MediCal Pro, proceed as follows:
1 Start MediCal Pro and login as Advanced user.
2 In the main window, click on Q/A Setup...
3 In the Q/A Setup window, click on the Task Selector... button.
The Add New Task window appears, including the pluggable task
you have installed.
4 In the Add New Task window, click on the name of the pluggable
task and then click on the Add button.
5 When finished, click on the Close button.
1. Minimum System requirements
• Operating system: Windows NT4/Windows 2000/Windows XP
• Free disk space: 10 MByte
• The pluggable task is not compatible with every version of
MediCal Pro.
Please read the pluggable task Release Notes at the end of
the installation, to see which version of MediCal Pro must be
installed before you can install the pluggable task.
2. Installing the task
To install the task, follow these steps:
1 Exit all open programs.
2 Insert the CD-ROM containing the pluggable task installer
program in the CD-ROM drive.
3 The CD-ROM starts automatically. After a few seconds, the
installer welcome window appears.
Should the CD-ROM not start automatically (autorun disabled
on the PC), open the CD-ROM and open the file "Setup.exe".
4 Click on Next.
5 The installer will now install the necessary files. The task itself
is installed in the MediCal Pro tasks folder.
6 Close the installer by clicking on Finish.
3. Adding the task in MediCal Pro
When you wish to run the pluggable task in MediCal Pro, you
must add it to the Q/A task schedule.
