True Manufacturing TA2HPT-2G-2S is a pass-through heated cabinet designed to hold warm baked or cooked food. It features a 300 series stainless steel exterior and interior, with an anodized aluminum back liner and a 300 series stainless steel floor with coved corners. The cabinet is heated by two 1000-watt stainless steel finned tube heating elements per section, for a total of 4000 watts. It also has low-velocity fans to assure even temperature distribution throughout the cabinet. The cabinet comes with six chrome shelves that are adjustable on 1/2" increments.
