True Manufacturing TA1H-1G is a glass door reach-in heated cabinet designed for holding warm baked or cooked food, not for heating ambient or cold products. Its temperature can be set between 80°F to 180°F (26.6°C to 82.2°C) with an exterior temperature control dial. The cabinet is equipped with 6" (153 mm) stainless steel legs and three (3) chrome shelves with a 11/16" (27 mm) standoff to ensure optimum airflow. True Manufacturing TA1H-1G has a positive seal self-closing door with a 120° stay open feature and lifetime guaranteed door hinges.
