True Manufacturing TA1HPT-1G-1S is a Pass-Thru Glass Front / Solid Rear Door Heated Cabinet designed to hold warm baked or cooked food. It features a 300 series stainless steel exterior and NSF approved anodized aluminum interior side walls and back liner. The cabinet has two 1000-watt stainless steel finned tube heating elements for uniform generation of electric heat, and low-velocity fans to assure even temperature distribution. It comes with three chrome shelves, each with an 11/16" standoff to ensure optimum airflow.
