IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
We thank you for choosing our product. To ensure your safety and health, please use this
equipment correctly. It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and using the
equipment. Safe and effective use can only be achieved if the equipment is assembled,
maintained and used properly. It is your responsibility to ensure that all users of the equipment are
informed of all warnings and precautions.
1. Before starting any exercise program you should consult your physician to determine if you
have any medical or physical conditions that could put your health and safety at risk, or prevent
you from using the equipment properly. Your physician’s advice is essential if you are taking
medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol level.
2. Be aware of your body’s signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop
exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: pain, tightness in your chest,
irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, lightheadedness, dizziness or feelings of nausea. If
you do experience any of these conditions, you should consult your physician before
continuing with your exercise program.
3. Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for adult use
only.
4. Use the equipment on a solid, flat level surface with a protective cover for your floor or carpet.
To ensure safety, the equipment should have at least 2 feet (60 CM) of free space all around it.
5. Ensure that all nuts and bolts are securely tightened before using the equipment. The safety of
the equipment can only be maintained if it is regularly examined for damage and/or wear and
tear.
6. Always use the equipment as indicated. If you find any defective components while assembling
or checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noises coming from the equipment
during exercise, discontinue use of the equipment immediately and do not use until the
problem has been rectified.
7. Wear suitable clothing while using the equipment. Avoid wearing loose clothing that may
become entangled in the equipment.
8. Do not place fingers or objects into the moving parts of the equipment
9. The maximum weight capacity of this unit is 350 pounds (160KG).
10. The equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use.
11. To avoid bodily injury and/ or damage to the product or property, proper lifting and moving is
required.
12. Your product is intended for use in cool, dry conditions. You should avoid storage in extreme
cold, hot or damp areas as this may lead to corrosion and other related problems.
13. This equipment is designed for indoor and home use only! It is not intended for commercial use!

Most of the listed assembly hardware has been packaged separately, but some
hardware items have been preinstalled in the identified assembly parts. In these
instances, simply remove and reinstall the hardware as required.
Please reference the individual assembly steps and make note of preinstalled hardware.
PREPARATION: Before assembling, make sure that you will have enough space around
the item. Use the included tools for assembly. Before assembly, please check whether
all needed parts are available.
It is strongly recommended this machine to be assembled by two or more people to avoid
possible Injury.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1:
Attach the Front Stabilizer (No. 21) to the
Seat Rail (No. 3) with 2 Bolts (No. 35), 2
Arc Washers (No. 50), 2 Spring Washers
(No. 49), and 2 Dome Nuts (No. 38).
Attach the Rear Stabilizer (No. 2) to the Seat
Rail (No. 3) with 3 Inner Hex Screws (No.
40), 3 Spring Washer (No. 49), 2 Flat
Washers (No. 46) and 1 Arc Washer (No.
50).
STEP 2:
Insert Long Shaft (No. 8) into the Seat Rail
(No. 3), and insert the Spacers (No. 14)
onto the Long Shaft (No. 8) on both ends.
Then slide the Pedals (No. 15) onto each
side of the Long Shaft (No. 8) and secure
with the Flat Washer (No. 46) and Inner
Hex Screw (No. 40) and tighten.
Insert the Meter (No. 27) onto the meter
support on the Seat Rail (No. 3). Then
connect the Sensor Wire (No. 28) with the
Meter (No. 27) wire.
STEP 3:
Attach the Left and Right Handlebar
(No. 4 & 5) to the Connecting Joint (No.
6) with Inner Hex Screw (No. 42), Flat
Washer (No. 46) and Nut (No. 36). Then
secure the Junction Piece (No. 7) with
the Knob (No. 29).

STEP 4:
Insert the Seat (No. 32) onto the Seat Rail
(No. 3), and then remove the tape from the
Rollers (No. 34). Insert the Axle (No. 9)
into the Seat Rail (No. 3), secure with the
End Cap (No. 17). Then put the Oval End
Cap (No. 18) on the end of the Seat Rail
(No. 3).
Assembly is now complete!

ADJUSTING THE RESISTANCE
This rowing machine is designed with 12 levels of resistance. The arrow on
Hydraulic Cylinder (No.30) indicates the numbered resistance setting. Turn the
upper ring on the Hydraulic Cylinder (No.30) to select the desired resistance
level.

FUNCTIONS
MODE: Press this button to select and set to a function. Press and hold
for 3 seconds to reset TIME, COUNT, and CALORIE.
SET: Press this button to set the value of TIME, COUNT and COLORIE.
Press and hold this button for 3 seconds to reset the value of TIME, COUNT, or
CALORIE. All values will change to zero, except Total Count.
SCAN: Shows each function for 6 seconds in the following sequence repeatedly:
TIMECOUNTCALT.COUNT
TIME: counts time elapsed.
COUNT: counts the number of strokes.
CALORIE : counts the number of calories
burned.
TOTAL COUNT (T.COUNT): counts the total number of strokes since first use of
the machine.
This meter has a countdown function. Press MODE to select the function. Then
press SET to set the value of TIME, COUNT, or CALORIE. The meter will
countdown the value. When the value reaches 0, the meter will beep.
The monitor will turn on when you start rowing or when you press a
key. After 4 minutes of inactivity, the computer will shut off
automatically.
If you have problems with the meter display, change the batteries. This meter uses
2 1.5V AAA batteries. Do not mix battery types. When you replace the batteries,
replace both at the same time. Do not mix old and new batteries.
Dispose of batteries according to the guidelines of your state and region.
Replacing the batteries will reset all the values in the meter, including
T.COUNT.
