IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
We thank you for choosing our product. To ensure your safety and health, please use this equipment
correctly. It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and using the equipment. Safe
and effective use can only be achieved if the equipment is assembled, maintained and used properly.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all users of the equipment are informed of all warnings and
precautions.
1. Before starting any exercise program, you should consult your physician to determine if you
have any medical or physical conditions that could put your health and safety at risk, or prevent
you from using the equipment properly. Your physician’s advice is essential if you are taking
medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol level.
2. Be aware of your body’s signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop
exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: pain, tightness in your chest,
irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, lightheadedness, dizziness or nauseous feeling. If you
do experience any of these conditions, you should consult your physician before continuing with
your exercise program.
3. Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for adult use only.
4. Use the equipment on a solid, flat level surface with a protective cover for your floor or carpet.
To ensure safety, the equipment should have at least 2 feet (60 CM) of free space all around it.
5. Ensure that all nuts and bolts are securely tightened before using the equipment. The safety of
the equipment can only be maintained if it is regularly examined for damage and/ or wear and
tear.
6. Always use the equipment as indicated. If you find any defective components while assembling
or checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noises coming from the equipment during
exercise, discontinue use of the equipment immediately and do not use until the problem has
been rectified.
7. Wear suitable clothing while using the equipment. Avoid wearing loose clothing that may become
entangled in the equipment.
8. Do not place fingers or objects into the moving parts of the equipment.
9. The maximum weight capacity of this unit is 265 pounds (120 KG).
10. The equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use.
11. To avoid bodily injury and/ or damage to the product or property, proper lifting and moving are
required.
12. Your product is intended for use in cool and dry conditions. You should avoid storage in extreme
cold, hot or damp areas as this may lead to corrosion and other related problems.
13. This equipment is designed for indoor and home use only; it is not intended for commercial use.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1:
Attach Front Stabilizer (No. 34) to
Main Frame (No. 11) with 2
Carriage Bolts (No. 40), 2 Flat
Washers (No. 52) and 2 Domed
Nuts (No. 44). Secure and tighten
with Open End Wrench (No. 58).
STEP 2:
Insert 2 Axles for Pedal (No. 14)
into Right Pedal (No. 25R) from
right to left through the holes on
Main Frame (No. 11). Then attach
Left Pedal (No. 25L) to Axles for
Pedal (No. 14) with 2 Flat Washers
(No. 52) and 2 Screws (No. 46).
Secure and tighten with 2 Allen
Wrenches (No. 57).
Note: Left Pedal is marked with “L”,
while Right Pedal is marked with
“R”.
STEP 3:
Attach Seat (No. 7) onto Sliding
Rail (No. 10) as the arrowhead
showed on the left picture. Then
attach 2 Limit Pads (No. 32) onto
Sliding Rail (No. 10) with 2 Screws
(No. 45). Secure and tighten with
Allen Wrench (No. 57).

STEP 4:
Attach Rear Support (No. 12) onto
Sliding Rail (No. 10) with 4 Flat
Washers (No. 52) and 4 Screws
(No. 46). Secure and tighten with
Allen Wrench (No. 57).
STEP 5:
Attach Sliding Rail (No. 10) onto
Main Frame (No. 11). Make sure
that the hole on position e of Sliding
Rail (No. 10) is aligned to the hole
on position b of Main Frame (No.
11) (as picture A and picture B
showed).
Insert Connecting Axle (No. 16)
into the holes on position e and b
with 2 Flat Washers (No. 53) and 2
Nuts (No. 42). Secure and tighten
with 2 Open End Wrenches (No.
58).
Make sure that the hole on position
d of Sliding Rail (No. 10) is aligned
to the hole on position a of Main
Frame (No. 11). Then insert Pull
Pin (No. 13) to tighten.
Connect Trunk Wire (No. 56) with
Sensor Wire (No. 55).
The assembly is complete.

ADJUSTMENT GUIDE
PEDAL STRAP ADJUSTMENT
MOVING THE MACHINE
To move the rower, lift up the rear support until
the transportation wheels on the front stabilizer
touch the ground. With the wheels on the
ground, you can transport the rower to the
desired location with ease.
ADJUSTING THE BALANCE
Adjust the Adjustable End Caps (No. 9) on the
rear support of the rower if the rower is
unbalanced during use.
ADJUSTING THE RESISTANCE
Rotate the Tension Control Knob (No. 36)
clockwise to increase the level of resistance.
Rotate the tension control counter-clockwise to
decrease the level of resistance.
Tension levels are set at Level 1 being the lowest
and Level 8 being the highest.
CAUTION!
Keep hands and fingers clear of the sliding rail while
in use. Moving parts such as the seat can cause
injury.
The pedal strap is
adjustable and can be
personalized to fit the user’s
foot size.

FOLDING THE MACHINE
When not in use, you can save
space by folding the Sliding
Rail (No. 10).
1. Pull out the Pull Pin (No. 13).
Fold the Sliding Rail (No. 10)
to vertical angle (Figure A).
SAFETY NOTE: the seat will
glide down when folding the
sliding rail.
2. Align the hole (b) (Figure C)
of Sliding Rail (No. 10) with
hole (a) (Figure D) of Main
Frame (No. 11), then insert the
Pull Pin (No. 13) (Figure B).

REPLACE THE BATTERY
One AAA battery is included in the Computer (No. 3).
To replace the battery, remove the computer from Main Frame (No. 11), and disconnect the Trunk
Wire (No. 56) and the link wire of computer. Replace the battery. Do not mix battery types and do
not mix old and new battery.
After the replacement, connect Trunk Wire (No. 56) with the link wire of computer and put the
computer back into the Main Frame (No. 11).
Dispose or recycle battery according to your state and local guidelines.

KEY FUNCTIONS
MODE: Press to select functions, time, calories, rpm, distance, scan, count. Hold
the button for 2 seconds to have a total reset.
OPERATION PROCEDURES:
AUTO ON/OFF
If the machine is put into motion or the mode button is pressed, the computer will become active.
Without any signal input if no key is pressed for approximately 4 minutes, the meter will turn off
automatically.
MODE
To select the LOCK MODE setting, press the MODE key when the pointer on the function you wish to
select begins to blink. Once locked only the selected function will be displayed.
RESET
The computer can be reset by pressing and holding the mode button for three seconds. Removing the
battery will also reset the computer and return all function settings back to zero.
FUNCTIONS
SCAN: Automatically displays functions in the following order shown: count, time, rpm, calories,
distance (repeat).
CNT(COUNT): Automatically accumulates workout count when starting exercise.
TIME: The total working time will be shown when starting exercise.
RPM(STRIEDES/MINUTE): Display current speed during working time.
CAL(CALORIES): The calorie burned will be displayed when starting exercise.
DIST ML(DISTANCE): The distance of each workout will be displayed.
BATTERY
1. Computer STOP counting if inactive for 4 seconds.
2. Computer SHUT off if inactive in for 4 minutes.
3. 1 AAA-1.5V battery as power supply.
4. Please replace battery when display is fading out.
