Forum 3000 Voicemail to Email
Feature benefits
With the Voicemail to Email feature, when a caller leaves a voicemail
message in your voicemail box the Forum 3000 will send you an email with
the voice message attached so that you can listen to it wherever you are.
Simply open the email and click on the attachment to listen to your
message!
• Never miss a voicemail when you are out of the office.
• Your voicemail messages are also stored in the Forum 3000 as well
as forwarded to you email address.
• Work Group or Departmental voicemails can be forwarded to the
email address of the Group leader.
This feature is available to every user who has a voicemail box. It requires
system software version 11.318 or later.
In order to use this feature you must set up an email account for the
Forum 3000 and also for each of the users. The following sections describe
how to do this.
1 Login to the Forum 3000 as System Administrator
Plug your PC into a PC port on the BBOX and login to the Forum 3000 as
system administrator by typing the IP address of the Forum 3000 into your
browser:
http://192.168.1.200
This is the default IP address of the Forum 3000. Your PC should have an
IP address in the same range as the Forum 3000 (ie) 192.168.1.XXX but
different from the Forum 3000. If it does not you must change the IP
address of the PC as described in the Forum 3000 user guide.
If the IP address of the Forum 3000 has been changed from the default
address above, you can check the current address by connecting an
analogue telephone at one of the analogue telephone ports of the system
and dialling **01#. The system will read out the current IP address.
In the login panel type the Administrator username and password of the
Forum 3000 system:
Username: admin
Password: 1000
