Important: This kit cannot be used with a
computer that allows lockup. This kit corrects
converter fill and lube flow, for performance
when using a non-lockup converter. It can not
be used with a converter that has a lock-up
plate!
Grind off Stem

Step 4
Converter Limit Valve
New
Red Step 1
Install new RED inner spring on Converter
Limit Valve. Then Re-install original spring,
end plug and retainer.
Re-Use
Step 2
Grind the the stem off the long stem end
of the TCC enable valve. Re-install the
original spring and then the end of the
valve that was ground off.
Step 3
Discard the original lock-up valve and
spring. Install New valve and original
end plug and retainer.
Re-Use
New Valve. Install the plugs furnished,
just below flush, into these
two holes.

Note: This kit has the flow and
pressure necessary to keep the
converter full under heavy load or
high HP use.
Without this kit, the converter will
tend to empty of fluid under high
load conditions.
