WaveData WaveBox™
La ref. 769030 WaveBox es un dispositivo que
incorpora los servicios software para la gestión
de redes WaveData™. Permite provisionar y
monitorizar redes WaveData de una forma simple
e intuitiva.
Características Técnicas
• Incorpora un potente CPU ARM iMX.6 dual-
core que permite la ejecución de tareas de
monitorización y gestión en una o varias redes
WaveData.
• Dispone de un conector Ethernet 1000BASE-T
para conectar el dispositivo a la instalación
• Conector de alimentación RJ9, con una pestaña
de anclaje que impide su desconexión.
Principales Funcionalidades
• Monitorización y provisionamiento de dispositivos
WaveData refs. 769001 / 769002 mediante la
aplicación WaveProv™.
• Dispone de leds para indicar que el dispositivo está
accediendo correctamente a Internet e indica que
los servicios se están ejecutando correctamente.
• El WaveBox se instala en la cabecera y es conectado
al router de la instalación.
• Los dispositivos WaveData son descubiertos
automáticamente y deber ser asignados a un perl
de conguracion para su provision. El WaveBox
congura los dispositivos en función del perl
seleccionado.
Software Instalado
La unidad WaveBox viene precongurada con una
serie de servicios software:
• Web de Administración: Administración del
dispositivo (puerto 15712).
• WaveProv™: Aplicación de gestion/monitorización
de redes WaveData (puerto 15714).
Para la conexión es necesario disponer de un
navegador Web compatible con HTML5. Los
navegadores recomendados son Mozilla Firefox o
bien Google Chrome.
WaveData WaveBox™
The ref. 769030 WaveBox is a device that
incorporates network management software
WaveData™ networks. It allows provisioning and
monitoring WaveData networks in a simple and
intuitive way.
Technical characteristics
• Incorporates a powerful dual-core ARM iMX.6
CPU that allows the execution of monitoring and
management tasks in one or more WaveData
networks.
• 1000BASE-T Ethernet to connect the device to the
installation.
• RJ9 power connector that prevents accidental
disconnection.
Main Features
• Monitoring and provisioning of WaveData devices
refs. 769001 / 769002 through the WaveProv ™
application.
• It has LEDs to indicate that the device is correctly
accessing the Internet and indicates that the
services are running correctly.
• WaveBox is installed on the headend and connected
directly to the router.
• WaveData devices are discovered automatically and
user must assign conguration proles to provision.
WaveBox congure devices based on assigned
prole.
Installed Software
The WaveBox unit comes precongured with a series
of software services:
• Administration Web: Device administration (port
15712).
• WaveProv™: WaveData network management /
monitoring application (port 15714).
You need a web browser compatible with HTML5. The
recommended browsers are Mozilla Firefox or Google
Chrome.

- No pise ni pellizque el cable de red; tenga especial
cuidado con las clavijas, tomas de corriente y en el
punto del cual salen del aparato.
- Utilice solamente los aditamentos/accesorios
especicados por el fabricante.
- Desenchufe este aparato durante las tormentas
eléctricas o cuando no lo utilice durante largos
períodos de tiempo.
- Solicite todas las reparaciones a personal de servicio
cualicado. Solicite una reparación cuando el
aparato se haya dañado de cualquiera forma, como
cuando el cable de red o el enchufe están dañados,
se ha derramado líquido o han caído objetos dentro
del aparato, el aparato ha sido expuesto a la lluvia
o humedad, no funciona normalmente, o haya
sufrido una caída.
Atención
- Para reducir el riesgo de fuego o choque eléctrico,
no exponer el equipo a la lluvia o a la humedad.
- El aparato no debe ser expuesto a caídas o
salpicaduras de agua. No situar objetos o recipientes
llenos de líquidos, como vasos, sobre o cerca del
aparato.
Cómo utilizar el equipo de forma segura
- La tensión de red de este producto ha de ser de: 120-
230V~ 50/60Hz.
- Para desenchufar el adaptador de la red, tire siempre
de la clavija, nunca del cable.
- No enchufe el adaptador a la red eléctrica hasta que
todas las demás conexiones hayan sido realizadas.
- La toma de red eléctrica debe estar cerca del equipo
y ser fácilmente accesible.
- No quitar la tapa del adaptador sin desconectarlo
de la red.
Instalación segura
- La temperatura ambiente no debe superar los 45°C.
- No situar el equipo cerca de fuentes de calor o en
ambientes de humedad elevada.
- No situar el equipo donde pueda estar sometido a
fuertes vibraciones o sacudidas.
- Deje un espacio libre alrededor del aparato para
proporcionar una ventilación adecuada.
- No situar sobre el aparato fuentes de llama desnuda,
tales como velas encendidas.
General installation conditions

- Refer all servicing to qualied service personnel.
Servicing is required when the apparatus has been
damaged in any way, such as power-supply cord or
plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects
have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has
been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate
normally, or has been dropped.

expose this apparatus to rain or moisture.
- Apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or

Safe operation

- It is strongly recommended not to connect the

equipment and shall be easily accessible.
- Do not take the cover o the power adapter without
disconnecting it from the mains.
Safe installation
- Ambient temperature should not be higher than

- Do not place the equipment near heat sources or in
a highly humid environment.
- Do not place the equipment in a place where it can
suer vibrations or shocks.
- Please allow air circulation around the equipment.
