Read and follow these instructions carefully
before installing, using, servicing or other-
wise handling the Oas shower system.
WARNING The Oas shower system can be
used by children aged 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge only if they have been given su-
pervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved.
Children should be supervised to make sure
they do not play with the shower system.
Never permit or operate electrically connec-
ted devices in or within 15 cm of the shower
system.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be
conducted by children.
Do not operate the shower system if water
leaks from the appliance.
Do not operate the shower system if it is fro-
zen or suspected of being frozen.
Unauthorized modification of internal com-
ponents and wiring is prohibited.
Do not operate the shower system if you no-
tice any of the following - contact us using
the details in the service section of this man-
ual, or contact Orbital Systems :
If the shower system is damaged
If the shower system shows signs that it re-
quires maintenance or a filter change
Do not use attachments or parts not recom-
mended by Orbital Systems .
The Oas recirculating shower system is de-
signed for regular showering only.
Do not use the shower to clean extreme soil-
ing or pour corrosive chemicals or cleaners
down the shower drain. Any other use of the
system could seriously deteriorate the quality
of the filtration system or damage the show-
er system.
Do not drink the shower water. Quality of the
water is not guaranteed to meet drinking wa-
ter quality.
These instructions are provided to advise
the best practice for the installation. All in-
stallations should be completed by Orbital
Systems or Customer. To ensure your instal-
lation goes smoothly read this manual be-
fore you begin and follow each step. Video
materials are available to supplement the
installation manual at www.orbital-sys-
tems.com.
Ensure that the installation environment
meets all the specified installation require-
ments in this manual (prerequisites for instal-
lation).
All electrical installations must conform to lo-
cal regulations and be performed by a li-
censed electrician. This is an earthed appli-
ance, the connection to the earth circuit is
mandatory.
All plumbing installations must conform to
local regulations and be performed by a li-
censed plumber.
The appliance shall be supplied through a
class A GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupt-
er).
The appliance shall be supplied by a switch
that provide a full disconnection under over-
voltage category III incorporated in the fixed
wiring plant.
The appliance is designed for a fixed connec-
tion to the water mains. Do not use a detach-
able water pipe or hose.
If the main supply cable is damaged it must
be replaced only by the service assistance or
licensed professional.

WARRANTY
The Oas shower and its components are
manufactured from high-quality materials
and assembled under strict standards.
Orbital Systems warranty covers defects
which appear within a period of two years
from delivery of the product.
Orbital Systems warranty does not cover:
Defects arising out of materials or a design
specified by the Customer, or by any alter-
ations carried out without our consent.
Defects that appear under conditions of
operation not provided for and under im-
proper use of the product.
Defects caused by faulty or non-occurring
maintenance, incorrect installation or a
faulty repair.
Repairs should be carried out only by Orbital
Systems , or the Customer only when certi-
fied.
For showers outside of the warranty period
spare parts are available for purchase direct-
ly from Orbital Systems.

product advice, experience any problems,
need to purchase spare parts or to set up a
service visit.
Repairs should always be carried out only by
Orbital Systems.

Residual circuit breaker: One per shower required. Having a rated re-
sidual tripping current not exceeding 30 mA

Install Sensor Cable, Flush Hose and, Re-
circulation Hose. Make sure the Sensor
Cable goes first and that the connector
protection cover is on.

Pull the Sensor Cable out to where the
contact almost reaches the end of the
Sensor Tank.

Apply lubricant.
Connect hoses to the Sensor Lock.

If Sensor Lock is misaligned it
can cause issues in further instal-
lation steps.

Twist the Sensor Lock Unit slightly to in-
sert it into the Drain Pipe. Push it all the
way in.

Rotate until parallel with the floor of the
Drain Bowl.

CAUTION
Do not overtighten. Tighten
Screw until it just reaches the
floor of the drain bowl.

SMART SENSOR UNIT AND SENSOR
TANK

CAUTION
Make sure the Smart Sensor Unit
is inserted horisontally. Do not
angle the Smart Sensor.

CAUTION
Hand tighten cable connectors
to avoid damage.
CAUTION
Make sure to have correct align-
ment between key and slot in
connectors.
Insert Smart Sensor Unit Cable through
hole in Sensor Tank and connect with
Sensor Cable.
3.
Insert Sensor Tank and connect Smart
Sensor Unit with Sensor Lock. Make sure
Sensor Lock is in Open position.

CAUTION
Place cable towards the wall of
the drain to avoid damage.

Make sure Smart Sensor Unit is
inserted correctly. The red O-ring
should not be visible.
Set Sensor Lock to Locked position.

Placing the Funnel with the hole ori-
ented to the right will cause the Oas
system to not recirculate water.

weighs approx. 20 kg.

Make sure to attach the Safety
Wire before tilting the Shower
unit.
CAUTION
Make sure that hoses and cables
are not pinched.
Insert Core into Core Wall Enclosure and
attach Safety Wire. Keep tilted to enable
electrical installation.
