Before Beginning Installation
•Read through the entire instruction thoroughly
•A minimum of 2 persons is required for this assembly
•These instructions represent a typical Ascari Conference table build specified with Panel Bases and Power
Drawers.
•Your table may differ slightly depending on the base style and power options.
•Ascari Conference tables utilize hardware of various lengths. It is critical to use the correct screw during
the correct step to avoid damage to the top.

Assembling Base
•Bases can come pre-assembled in various stages.
•Match beams and based to their labeled locations.
•Ensure end bases line up with silver mark on beams.
•Attach center bases and beams (if applicable).
•Ensure base is level length and width wise. Adjust glides and
beams if necessary.
Marked Locations for End Bases

Installing Lower Sub Top
•Place lower sub top pieces on base. Join with dog bone fasteners if necessary.
•Center lower sub top on base.
•Install Yellow screws into black L-Brackets to secure lower sub top
into position.
Dog Bone Fastener
Installing Upper Sub Top
•Place upper sub top on top of base and join using dog bone fasteners.
•Secure upper sub top to base by installing green screws from the top of
the table into the marked locations.
Installing Power Drawers (optional)
•If specified, attach the drawers that are located at the seams of the sub tops.
Follow the numbered locations.
Placing and Connecting Veneer Top
•Place veneer top on sub top.
•Slide top back and forth to access mini fix connections on underside of top.
•Join top pieces together with pins and cams using a Phillips screwdriver.
•Center veneer top evenly on top of sub top.
MiniFix Connection
Attaching Veneer Top
•With veneer top centered in place, use the color-coded hardware
to attach top to sub top and base.
•Longer Orange Screws get installed though both sub top layers.
•Shorter Red Screws install through upper sub top only.
•Yellow Screws install through base frame.
