Problem Tip
Cannot play a disc • Put the disc in the disc tray with the label on the top.
• Make sure that the Blu-ray Disc player supports the disc type.
• Make sure that the Blu-ray Disc player supports the region code of the DVD or BD.
No video signal on the connected TV • Turn the TV on.
• Set the TV to the correct external input.
• Use the VIDEO OUTPUT SELECTION button to set up the video output.
Refer to 3. Set up.
• Do as follows:
1. Press-and-hold the button on the front panel for 5 seconds.
> The factory default settings are restored.
2. Do the set-up again. Refer to 3. Set up.
Bad video signal on the connected TV • Clean the disc.
• Make sure all cables are firmly inserted.
Incorrect aspect ratio on the connected TV • Change the aspect ratio of the TV. Refer to the user manual of your TV.
• Change the aspect ratio on the Blu-ray Disc player. Refer to the user manual.
No audio signal • Increase the volume level.
• Make sure that the audio settings of the TV are correct.
Refer to the user manual of your TV.
• Try another track on the disc.
