Mains Power
Your DAB/FM Radio requires a mains supply of 100-240V AV ~ 50/60Hz.
Please ensure that your mains supply is compatible before use.
Disconnect the Power Cord from the mains when not in use.
Position of DAB Digital Radio
Avoid the following locations:
Where it is exposed to direct sunlight
Where it is close to heat radiating sources
Where the humidity is high and ventilation is poor
Where it is dusty
Adjusting the Aerial
Fully extend the aerial to ensure good reception in both DAB and
FM Radio modes. It may be necessary to alter the position of the
DAB Digital Radio and/or the aerial to achieve the best signal.
Place on aat, stable surface that is not subject to vibrations.

DAB+ mode
1. If the DAB+ radio is in DAB+ mode, press the MODE
button repeatedly until FM is shown on the display.
2. Press and hold MENU button, rotate the VOLUME
dial to FULL SCAN and then press VOLUME dial
to perform full scan.

4.3 Bluetooth Mode
1. If the DAB+ radio is in FM mode, press the MODE
button repeatedly until DAB+ is shown on the display.
The DAB+ Digital Radio has Bluetooth capability. To pair
the DAB+ Digital Radio with a Bluetooth device:
1. Press the MODE button repeatedly to select Bluetooth
mode and ‘Bluetooth logo’ will be flashing on the display.
2. Activate your Bluetooth device and search for theDigital
DAB+ radio.
3. GO’ will appear on your Bluetooth device.
4. The name of Bluetooth device will appear once it is connected.

Power on and Autoscan
1. Connect the power cable to the DAB Radio and mains power supply to charge up the radio.
2. Rais
e and extend the aerial.
3. Press down the POWER button to turn on the radio, it will autoscan automatically for first
time usage.

Changing DAB+ stations
1. Make sure it is in DAB+ mode.
2. Press the VOLUME dial and then scroll between the station you want to listen to.
3. Press the VOLUME dial again to confirm.
3.2
Scanning for DAB+ stations
1. Make sure it is in DAB+ mode.
2. Press and hold the MENU button.
3. Rotate the VOLUME dial to FULL SCAN and then press VOLUME dial to perform full scan.

Adjusting the volume
Rotate the VOLUME dial to adjust the volume.

Switching Off
Press the POWER button to switch off the radio, the button will restore to originally position.

1. In DAB+ mode, press and hold MENU button, rotate the VOLUME dial to Manual Tune and
then press VOLUME dial to enter Manual Tune.
2. Rotate the VOLUME dial to the frequency you want to listen to and then press VOLUME dial
to confirm. The radio will search the stations at this specific frequency.
3. When the searching is finished, you can select the stations at the frequency.
4.10 View DLS information
MENU button
In DAB+ mode, press MENU button to view DLS information.
4.11 Full Scan(DAB+)
In DAB+ mode, press and hold MENU button, rotate the VOLUME dial to FULL SCAN and then
press VOLUME dial to perform full scan. You may select the station you want to listen to from
the scanned station list.
4.12 Manual Tune(DAB+)
4.8 Select FM frequency
In FM mode, press the VOLUME dial and rotate to the frequency you want to listen
to , then pr
ess the VOLUME dial to confirm.
4.9 FM Station seeking
In FM mode, press the VOLUME dial and the FM frequency will flash, press again the
VOLUME dial to seek for the nearest FM station.(Direction will be determined by last
VOLUME dial direction.)

5. To turn off the Bluetooth function, switch to other mode or disable
Bluetooth on your Bluetooth device.
4.4 AUX mode
AUX-IN allows your DAB+ Digital Radio quickly and easily to connect to external audio sources.
1. Press the MODE button repeatedly to select AUX mode and AUX will be flashing on the display.
2. Use a 3.5mm audio cable(not supplied) to connect your external audio device to the AUX socket at
the rear of the DAB+ Digital radio.
3. In AUX mode, you may need to operate your external audio device for playback features.
4. For optimum volume levels, you may adjust the volume on the external audio device.
4.5 Charge mode
The charge mode allows your radio to charge up mobile phone.
1. Press the MODE button repeatedly to select Charging mode and Charging will be flashing on
the display.
2. Use USB cable to connect your mobile phone to the USB socket at the rear of the DAB+ Digital radio.
4.6 Adjust Volume
VOLUME Dial
Rotate the VOLUME dial to adjust volume levels, there are totally 30 volume levels.
4.7 Select DAB+ Station
In DAB+ mode, press the VOLUME dial and rotate to thestation you want to listen to , then
press the VOLUME dial to conrm.
1. In DAB+ mode, press and hold MENU button, rotate the VOLUME dial to Prune and then
press VOLUME dial to confirm.
2. Rotate the VOLUME dial to the station you want to prune and then press VOLUME dial to
confirm.
4.13 Prune Station(DAB+)
1. Press and hold MENU button, rotate to SYSTEM and press
VOLUME dial to confirm.
2. Rotate and press VOLUME dial to switch ON/OFF TREBLE|BASS according to your needs.
4.14 Equaliser
1. Press and hold MENU button, rotate to SYSTEM and press VOLUME dial to confirm.
2. Rotate and press VOLUME dial to select Language.
4.16 Set Language
1. Press and hold MENU button, rotate to SYSTEM and press VOLUME dial to confirm.
2. Rotate and press VOLUME dial to select TIMEOUT.
3. Select TIMEOUT interval(On|10|20|30|45|60|90|120|180) by rotating and pressing VOLUME dial.
4.15 Set Backlight
Set TIMEOUT:
1. Press and hold MENU button, rotate to SYSTEM and press VOLUME dial to confirm.
2. Rotate and press VOLUME dial to select DIM LEVEL.
3. Select DIM LEVEL(HIGH|MEDIUM|LOW) by rotating and pressing VOLUME dial.
Set DIM LEVEL:

1. Press and hold MENU button, rotate to SYSTEM and press VOLUME dial to
confirm.
2. Rotate and press VOLUME dial to select Factory Reset.
3. Select Yes for Factory Reset.
4.17 Factory Reset
1. Press and hold MENU button, rotate to SYSTEM and press VOLUME dial to confirm.
2. Rotate and press VOLUME dial to view Software Version.
4.18 Software Version
When you are listening to the DAB+/FM station you want to store, press and hold 1/2/3/4 button for
2 seconds to store the stations.
4.19 Storing DAB+/FM Presets
In DAB+/FM mode, press 1/2/3/4 button to recall the stored stations.

Problem What to do
There is no sound from my radio
Check that the volume is not set to the minimum.
Make sure that the radio has been able to locate
DAB/FM stations.
The display shows ‘NO SERVICES
in DAB+ mode
Make sure that DAB+ coverage exists in your area.
Try adjusting the position of the aerial or location
of the radio.
Poor reception
As with any radio service, there will be areas
of weak signal that may cause poor reception.
Follow the instructions for Manual Tuning on
4.11 and adjust the aerial while monitoring
the signal strength until the optimum signal is
obtained. If reception is still poor, try re-locating
the radio to another part of the room.
Some of the buttons on the DAB+ Digital
Radio are not working
This may be caused by electrostatic discharge.
Turn the DAB+ Digital Radio off, disconnect the
mains plug and reconnect after a few seconds.
Make sure that the Bluetooth function is activated
on your Bluetooth device.
