Fix for MI0130-38, BMSE could crash if any of its diagnostics ran into problems (e.g.,
OpenGL crash). Added try/catch around all diagnostics. Also fixed problem where if
language files are missing, BMSE will detect the issue.
Upgraded to newer SDK.

Fix for MI0130-40 – fonts in titles were too big (version 1.4.3. only. This was a side
