ASSEMBLE THE ALZO BOD-A-BOOM
Open the harness and position the parts as shown. Back off
the silver ball mount lock thumb screw on the boom top so that
mounting surface is clear of the lock pin. Clockwise rotate the
lock lever on the ball head until the ball is tightly locked. Screw
the ball head onto the 3/8” screw on the top of the boom and
then tighten the ball head as tight as possible on the boom
top. Now tighten the ball mount lock thumb screw. Attach one
buckle of the waist strap to the abdomen plate.

Put the harness on your
shoulders and then adjust
the body height and the
shoulder pads for a
comfortable fit.
Adjust the lenght of the waist
strap to snugly accomodate
your waist. Attach the strap
and make final adjustments
so that the shoulder pads do
not weigh on your shoulders.
The harness is designed to
off load the weight of the
camera to your waist, and
remove the load on your
shoulders.
The BOD-A-BOOM is compacted as shown
here to allow it to be stored in the carry bag

The BOOM tilt angle is adjusted by pushing in the boom tilt
adjust button on the base of the boom whiole holding the foam
hand grip.
