PL BG HU
Turn the relevant knob to one of the positions
included between 0 and 6 (maximum position).
An indicator light on the control panel illuminates when
the cooking zones are switched on.
To switch the cooking zone off, turn the knob to
position 0.
Dual cooking zone
To operate the inner (small) cooking zone:
Turn the knob clockwise to the required setting.
To operate the dual cooking zone (small and large
zone together):
Turn the knob clockwise to the end position.
The dual zone is now on.
Turn the knob back to the required position
(1700-0 W).
To switch off both parts of the cooking zone, set the
knob to position 0.
Important: The dual cooking zone is controlled
continuously by an energy-regulator. Never turn the
knob anticlockwise from position 0.
Important: Never use the cooking zones without
pans.
For cooking, use thick-based, flat pans which are
specially designed for electric hobs and have a
diameter at least equal to that of the cooking zones.
Never use utensils with a concave or rounded base.

STATIC FUNCTION
Use when all the food is on the same runner level.
- Preheat the oven to the required cooking
temperature and place the food inside as soon as
the red thermostat indicator light switches off.
- Ideally, the shelf should be on the second runner
level when using the static function.
TOP AND BOTTOM ELEMENT WITH FAN
Heat from both elements is well proportioned by the
fan in whole cavity.
Use this function:
- To bake on more than one baking tray.
- Choose foods that require the same cooking
temperature.
GRILL FUNCTION
Use the grill function to cook small pieces of meat
(steaks, sausages) and for making toasts.
- The oven door must be closed during the grilling
cycle.
- Thermostat should be set at maximum.
- Preheat the grill for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the meat on the wire shelf with the drip tray
underneath. Pour water in the drip tray to cover the
bottom thus reducing smoke and fat spatters.
- Turn over the food about half-way through cooking
time.
N.B.: When grilling, position the wire shelf as shown in
figure.
OVEN FUNCTIONS
USING THE COOKING ZONES
GRILL + FAN FUNCTION
Ideal for large joints, pork, chicken and roast beef.
- The oven door must be closed during the cooking
cycle.
- Place the meat on the wire shelf with the drip tray
underneath. Pour water in the drip tray to cover the
bottom thus reducing smoke and fat spatters.
- Turn over the meat about half-way through cooking
time.
DEFROST FUNCTION
Ideal for thawing frozen foods to room temperature.
- The food should be inserted in the oven in its
wrapping to prevent it from drying out.
BOOSTER
Top and circular elements heats together with function
of the fan. Thermostat should be set at maximum.
Use for preheating oven before baking. When desired
temperature is reached, choose required function.
FAN FUNCTION
Use this function when cooking food on more than one
level (e.g.: fish, vegetables, pasta):
- Choose foods that require the same cooking
temperature.
- Oven preheating is not necessary.
- Preheat the grill for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the cooked dish and, if necessary, continue
cooking the other one far as long as required.
BOTTOM HEATING FUNCTION
Use this function.
- To finish baking fruitcakes or cheesecakes.
- To thicken sauces.
Use the bottom heating function for the last 10 or
15 minutes of cooking time.
Turn the functions selector knob to the desired
position.
Turn the oven thermostat control knob to the
desired temperature.
To switch the oven off:
Turn the functions selector knob to position 0.
Turn the oven thermostat control knob to position 0.
