SAFETY INFORMATION
Read all instructions before starting installation.
We recommend that a qualied tradesperson install this vanity.
This installation is a two-person job due to the weight and size of the product.
Check the product immediately upon receipt for any missing packs/parts or damage during transit. If any damage
or faults are found, DO NOT install the product - contact our customer service team at Award Brands via toll-free
phone no. 1800 354 435 (outside Victoria) or (03) 9871 8444 inside Victoria. Damage reported after installation
will void the warranty of this product.
NOTE: This vanity unit is to be mounted on a secure surface. Award Brands shall not accept responsibility for any
damage caused by improper installation.
Depending on the installation, you may need to drill or cut out holes on the back of the vanity to suit your pipe
work, it is recommended that you should measure your pipe work and mark the measurements to the back of the
vanity rst, double check to ensure the measurements and markings are correct before drilling or cutting out holes
at the back of the vanity unit.
Standard pop-up waste is provided with the vanity top.
To easily access back of cabinet when installing plumbing pipework, remove drawers as described on Page 3.
Due to transit, some adjustment to hardware parts maybe required to correct any gaps or alignment issues. (follow
the instructions on page 3).
Do not stand or sit on this vanity at any time.

(1) Place the vanity against the wall, use a spirit level to
ensure it is level (Dia. A).
(2) Apply a bead of silicone around the edges of vanity
cabinet and on top panels before assembling the vanity
basin top. (Dia. B)
(3) Place the vanity basin top onto the cabinet (Dia. C) Align
it while silicone is still curing. To prevent any water
penetration behind the vanity use silicone to create a
seal at the joint between the wall and vanity unit. Wipe
off any excess silicone and residue by using a cloth and
methylated spirit or wax/grease remover.
(4) A Licensed plumber must complete all pipe work and
connect water supply lines.
(5) Allow 24 hours for silicone to cure before using this
vanity.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
e product you have purchased has been designed to provide
many years of dependable service, however, the nish requires
care and maintenance in order to delay the wear that will
eventually occur over time.
It is recommended to clean with a non ammoniated pure liquid
soap to remove any stains or water spots. Ensure to rinse all
traces of soap thoroughly. Use a soft cloth to clean and dry the
product.
DO NOT use any harsh chemicals such as bleach or any
scouring cloth/pad to clean the product as it will scratch the
surface and damage the product nish/surfaces.

Steps to remove the drawer
Steps to reassemble the drawer
Replace drawer at a slight angle ensuring that the
locating holes in the rear of the drawer engage with
the lugs on the rear of the runners.
Lower the front of drawer onto the front locating lugs.
Replace the retaining screws.
Open the drawer and remove the screw in the
runner from both sides.
Hold the drawer up at a slight angle and take it out
slowly.
