User Guide

The Pace Wheel is designed especially for your PS4™ to give you the extra edge to beat even

your toughest opponents. The built-in motors transmit vibrations from the race track straight

into your steering wheel and give you a feeling for the action in and around you (in games that

support the vibration function), while the ergonomic design provides fatigue-free comfort over

long gaming sessions.

Note:

You can change the button conﬁguration on your Pace Wheel to suit your personal preference.

The default button conﬁguration may also diﬀer between games. Your PS4™ recognises the Pace

Wheel as a DUALSHOCK

4 wireless controller, not a steering wheel. Therefore to change the

button conﬁguration go into settings on your game, select DUALSHOCK

4 wireless controller,

not Steering Wheel and select Button Conﬁguration.

Wheel Sensitivity:

Select the wheel sensitivity that best suits your racing style.

You may choose between low (Default), mid and high.

Press and hold the “L-WING”, “R-WING” and “ ” buttons together to change sensitivity settings.

Low MID High

Low: Sensitivity LED ON

MID: Sensitivity LED OFF

High: Sensitivity LED Flash

Connection and Installation with PlayStation 4:

1. Connect the main wheel plate to the base. To do this, gently push the wheel onto the main

steering column, then press the button under the wheel to click into place.

2. Open up both the foot pedal bases and slot together, place the foot pedals on top in your

desired position (either central or right) and secure using the screws provided.

3. Connect the pedals to the wheel by connecting the cable into the back right hand side of the

wheel, ensuring it clicks into place.

4. Plug the wheel cable into a USB port on your PS4™ and then power on the system.

5. Press the “PS” button.

6. Once your PS4™ is connected you may start the game.

Connection and Installation to a table top or desk:

1. Place the wheel base on a table top or desk, ensuring the lip on the base is butted right up so

the wheel is not loose.

2. Attach both the base clamps so they are over the top of the wheel base and underneath your

surface.

3. Tighten both clamps gently, but do not over tighten.

4. To adjust the angle of your wheel, gently press the button at the end of the wheel base with

one hand and then tilt the wheel with your other hand.

5. When you have the wheel at your desired angle (there are 4 racing positions), release the

button and it will click into place.

Mode Change:

• Choose between two modes : Gaming wheel mode and Gamepad mode (Default).

• Press the Mode keys for two seconds (Mode LED on), then press the “PS” button to switch to

“Gaming wheel” mode. Press the Mode keys for two seconds (Mode LED oﬀ), then press “PS”

button to switch to “Game pad” mode.

• Gaming wheel mode: Mode LED on.

• Gamepad mode: Mode LED oﬀ.

Care and Maintenance

Your device is a product of superior design and craftsmanship and should be treated with care.

The suggestions below will help you to protect your warranty coverage:

• Keep your device out of the reach of small children.

• Keep the device dry. Precipitation, humidity and all types of liquid or moisture can contain

completely.

of your device can be damaged.

• Do not use or store the device in hot areas. High temperatures can shorten the life of electronic

devices, damage batteries and warp or melt certain plastics.

• Do not use or store the device in cold areas. When the device returns to its normal temperature,

moisture can form inside the device and damage electronic circuit boards.

• Do not short circuit the battery.

• Do not drop, knock or shake the device. Rough handling can break internal circuit boards and

ﬁne mechanics.

• Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents or strong detergents to clean the device. All of

the previous suggestions apply equally to your device, battery, charger or any enhancements.

Warranty:

Warranty service provided by Venom. This product is guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the

date of purchase. During this period if there is a defect due to faulty materials or workmanship,

the retailer from whom you purchased it will replace it with the same or a similar model on

production of your purchase receipt or proof of purchase. This guarantee does not cover defects

arising from accidental damage, misuse or wear and tear, and is available only to the original

purchaser of the product. This does not aﬀect your statutory rights.

Le volant Pace Wheel conçu tout spécialement pour la console PS4TM vous donnera l’avantage

nécessaire pour battre vos concurrents les plus acharnés. Ses moteurs incorporés transmettent

les vibrations du circuit jusque dans le volant et vous donnent la sensation d’avoir été plongé au

cœur même de l’action (au sein des jeux qui prennent en charge la fonction vibration). Le design

ergonomique du volant vous permet de piloter sans vous fatiguer, même après plusieurs heures

de course !

Remarque:

Vous avez la possibilité de modiﬁer la conﬁguration des boutons de votre Pace Wheel en

fonction de vos préférences personnelles. La conﬁguration par défaut des boutons peut

aussi changer d’un jeu à un autre. Votre PS4™ détecte le Pace Wheel comme une manette

DUALSHOCK

4 et non pas comme un volant. Pour changer la conﬁguration des boutons,

accédez aux paramètres de votre jeu, sélectionnez l’option Contrôleur sans ﬁl DUALSHOCK

4 et

non pas Volant, puis sélectionner Conﬁguration des boutons.

Sensibilité du volant:

Sélectionnez la sensibilité de volant la mieux adaptée à votre style de pilotage.

Choisissez low (faible - par défaut), mid (moyenne) ou high (forte).

Appuyez de façon prolongée et simultanément sur les boutons « PALETTE G », « PALETTE R » et «

», pour changer les paramètres de sensibilité.

Faible Moyenne Forte

Faible : LED de sensibilité ALLUMÉE

Moyenne : LED de sensibilité ÉTEINTE

Forte : LED de sensibilité clignotante

Installation et raccordement à la console PlayStation 4:

1. Emboîtez le volant sur le socle. Pour l’emboîter, insérez délicatement le volant sur la colonne

de direction principale, puis appuyez sur le bouton situé sous le volant pour l’enclencher.

2. Déployez les deux repose-pieds et insérez-les l’un dans l’autre ; placez le pédalier sur les

repose-pieds dans la position qui vous convient (au centre ou à droite). Fixez le pédalier à

l’aide des vis fournies.

3. Connectez les pédales au volant, en insérant le câble du côté arrière droit du volant ; un déclic

doit se produire.

4. Branchez le câble du volant dans le port USB de votre console PS4™, puis allumez le système.

5. Appuyez sur le bouton « PS ».

6. Une fois la connexion établie entre le volant et la console PS4™, vous êtes prêt à rouler!

Installation et raccordement sur un dessus de table ou un

bureau:

1. Placez le socle du volant sur une table ou un bureau, en veillant à bien caler le volant. Pour ce

faire, placez le rebord du socle contre le bord de la surface.

2. Attachez les deux brides de serrage de manière à bien plaquer le socle contre la table ou le

bureau.

3. Serrez délicatement les deux brides de serrage, sans visser excessivement.

4. Pour ajuster l’angle du volant, appuyez légèrement d’une main sur le bouton situé à

l’extrémité du socle, puis faites délicatement pivoter le volant de l’autre main.

5. Après avoir trouvé l’angle de volant qui vous convient (quatre positions de pilotage s’oﬀrent à

vous), relâchez le bouton pour que le volant s’enclenche dans la position choisie.

Changement de mode:

• Choisissez un des deux modes proposés : mode volant de course ou mode Manette (par défaut)

• Appuyez sur la touche Mode pendant deux secondes (la LED Mode s’allume), puis sur le bouton

« PS » pour passer au mode « Volant de course ». Appuyez sur la touche Mode pendant deux

secondes (la LED Mode s’éteint), puis sur le bouton « PS » pour passer au mode « Manette ».•

Gaming wheel mode : Mode LED on.

• Mode Volant de course : LED Mode allumée.

• Mode Manette : LED Mode éteinte.
