1 Login
1. Start the application to enter the welcome screen, as shown in Figure 1.1.

2. Click to enter the “Login” screen as shown in Figure 1.2.

3. If using for the first time, click to enter the “Network Config” page,
as shown in Figure 1.3. Enter the server IP address (e.g. “172.10.3.148”) and port
number
(e.g. “50060”), then click .

4. On the “Login” screen (shown in Figure 1.2), enter the account User ID and password.
Click to enter the “Home Screen”, as shown in Figure 1.4.

2 Joining a Meeting
The video conferencing software supports two ways of joining a conference: Joining a
Conference Proactively and Joining a Conference Normally.
2.1 Joining a Meeting Proactively
1. On the interface shown in Figure 1.4, select , then click to
enter the “Join” interface, which is shown in Figure 2.1.

2. Enter the Meeting ID and password, then click to enter the conference
interface.
2.2 Joining a Meeting Normally
1. Select “Conference” to enter the “Conference” interface, as shown in Figure 1.4.
2. Select “Today” to view a list of conferences scheduled for the day.
3. Click to enter the conference interface.
3 Conference center
3.1 Creating a Conference
The video conferencing software supports two ways to create a Meeting: Normal
Create and Quick Create.
3.1.1 Normal Create
1. On the interface shown in Figure 1.4, select , then click to enter
the “Create” interface, as shown in Figure 3.1.

2. Configuring Meeting Parameters
1. Click to enter “Advanced Options” interface, as shown in Figure
3.2.

2. Click to complete the “Advanced Options” settings.
3. On the interface shown in Figure 3.1, click to complete meeting
creation.
3.1.2 Quick Create
1. On the interface shown in Figure 1.4, click , then click to
enter the “History” interface, which is shown in Figure 3.3.

2. Click to reactivate the meeting.
3.2 Checking Your Conference History
1. On the interface shown in Figure 1.4, click , then click to
enter the “History” interface, which is shown in Figure 3.3.
2. Click the conference history list and it will show detailed information about meetings,
as shown in Figure 3.4.

3.3 Viewing Conference History
1. Select “Conference” to enter the “Conference” interface, as shown in Figure 1.4.
2. Select to view today’s meetings;
Select to view the meetings for this week;
Select to view the meetings after this week.
Select a specific date on and it will show the meetings on that date.
Additional information: , , and will appear in the
conference list. indicates that the meeting has already started. Click it to
make you join the meeting; indicates that detailed information of the meeting
can be viewed. Click it and it will show you detailed information of the meeting;
indicates that the user can delete the meeting. Click it to delete the
meeting.
4 System Configuration
4.1 Audio and Video Detection
On the interface shown in Figure 1.4, click and it will show the “System
Configuration” interface, which is shown in Figure 4.1. Select “A/V Test”.

4.1.1 Microphone Detection
1. Click the drop-down menu and select the microphone
source.
2. Speak into the microphone and check if the volume bars move. If they move, it
means that the microphone is working normally. Otherwise, try to solve the issue
by following the prompts.
4.1.2 Speaker Detection
1. In the “Mic” interface (shown in Figure 4.1), click to enter the “Speaker”
interface, which is shown in Figure 4.2.

2. Click the drop-down menu
and select the speakers.
3. Click and check if the volume bars move. If they move, it means that
the speakers are working normally. Otherwise, try to solve the issue by following
the prompts.
4.1.3 Camera Detection
1. In the “Speaker” interface (shown in Figure 4.2), click to enter the
“Camera” interface, which is shown in Figure 4.3.
2. Click the drop-down menu and select the camera.
3. Check if the playback window displays the camera view. If it does, it means that
the camera is working normally. Otherwise, try to solve the issue by following the
prompts.

4.2 Parameter Configuration
On the interface shown in Figure 1.4, clicking will show the “System
Configuration” interface, which is shown in Figure 4.4. Select “Parameter
Configuration”.

4.3 Setup
On the interface shown in Figure 1.4, click and it will show the “System
Configuration” interface, which is shown in Figure 4.5. Select “Settings”.

5 Conference Control
5.1 Office Assistant
5.1.1 File Sharing
1. In the conference interface, click Share” to display the “Share” panel, as shown in
Figure 5.1.
2. Click “Document” to display the “Select documents to be shared” interface, as shown
in Figure 5.2.
3. Select the files to be shared.
4. Click “Open”, and the “Document” interface will be displayed, as shown in Figure 5.3.
Click to stop sharing.

5.1.2 Desktop Sharing
1. In the conference interface, click Share” to display the “Share” panel, as shown in
Figure 5.1.
2. Click “Desktop” to start sharing the desktop. The upper part of the computer screen
will display the “Stop sharepanel. Click “Stop share” to stop sharing.
5.1.3 Electronic Whiteboard
1. In the conference interface, click “Share” to display the “Share” panel, as shown in
Figure 5.1.
2. Click “Whiteboard” to display the “Whiteboard” interface, as shown in Figure 5.4. Click
to stop sharing.

5.2 Text Chat
1. In the conference interface, click “Message” to display the “Message” panel, as shown
in Figure 5.5.

2. Click the pull-up menu and select someone to chat with.
3. Enter the chat contents into the input box.
4. Click to send the chat contents. You can view the chat history on the panel.
5.3 Meeting Place Control
5.3.1 Enabling and Disabling Cameras
1. In the conference interface, click “Control” to display the “Control” panel, as shown in
Figure 5.6.

2. Click the participant’s icon to switch between the enable and disable status for
the participant’s camera.
5.3.2 Enabling and Disabling Microphones
1. In the conference interface, click “Control” to display the “Control” panel, as shown in
Figure 5.6.
2. Click the participant’s icon to switch between the enable and disable status for
the participant’s microphone.
5.3.3 Enabling and Disabling Speakers
1. In the conference interface, click “Control” to display the “Control” panel, as shown in
Figure 5.6.
2. Click the participant’s icon to switch between the enable and disable status for
the participant’s speakers.
5.3.4 Enabling and Disabling Text Chat
1. In the conference interface, click “Control” to display the “Control” panel, as shown in
Figure 5.6.
2. Click the participant’s icon to switch between the enable and disable status for
the participant’s text chat function.
5.4 Extra Functions
5.4.1 Roll Call
1. In the conference interface, click “Tool” to display the “Tool” panel, as shown in Figure
5.7.

2. Click to display the “Roll Call” interface.
3. The “Roll Call Results” interface will be displayed when you click “End Roll Call” or
when the Roll Call time ends.
5.4.2 Vote
1. In the conference interface, click “Tool” to display the “Tool” panel, as shown in Figure
5.7.
2. Click to display the “Vote” interface.
3. Click “Create” to display the “Create a Poll” interface.
4. Enter the poll subject, voting options, and select the type of voting.
5. Click “Create” to complete the poll creation.
5.5 Phone Access
1. In the conference interface, click “Tel Access” to display the “Tel Access” panel, as
shown in Figure 5.8.

2. Enter the phone number in the text box.
3. Click to complete phone access.
5.6 Microphone Volume Control
1. In the conference interface, click “Volume Control to display the “Volume Control”
panel, as shown in Figure 5.9.
