LIMITED TOOL WARRANTY
King Canada makes every effort to ensure that this product meets high quality and
durability standards. King Canada warrants to the original retail consumer a 2-year
limited warranty as of the date the product was purchased at retail and that each
product is free from defects in materials. Warranty does not apply to defects due
directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, negligence or
accidents, repairs done by an unauthorized service center, alterations and lack of
maintenance. King Canada shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons
or property or for incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use
of our products.
To take advantage of this limited warranty, return the product at your expense
together with your dated proof of purshase to an authorized King Canada service
center. Contact your retailer or visit our web site at www.kingcanada.com for an
updated listing of our authorized service centers. In cooperation with our authorized
serviced center, King Canada will either repair or replace the product if any part or
parts covered under this warranty which examination proves to be defective in
workmanship or material during the warranty period.

1. KNOW YOUR TOOL
Read and understand the instruction manual and labels affixed to the tool. Learn its
application and limitations as well as its specific potential hazards.
2. USE RIGHT TOOL.
Don’t force the tool or the attachment to do a job for which it was not designed.
3. WEAR PROPER APPAREL.
Do not wear loose clothing, gloves, neckties or jewelry (rings, watch) because they could
get caught in moving parts. Non-slip footwear is recommended. Wear protective hair
covering to contain long hair. Roll up long sleeves above the elbows.
4. MAINTAIN TOOL WITH CARE.
Keep tool clean for best and safest performance. Follow instructions for operation and
changing accessories.
5. DISCONNECT TOOLS.
Before servicing, when changing accessories or attachments.
6. USE RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES.
Consult the manual for recommended accessories. Follow the instructions that
accompany the accessories. The use of improper accessories may cause hazards.
7. CHECK FOR DAMAGED PARTS.
Before further use of the tool, a guard or other parts that are damaged should be
carefully checked to ensure they will operate properly and perform their intended
function. Check for alignment of moving parts, breakage of parts, mounting, and any
other conditions that may affect its operation. A guard or other parts which are damaged
should be properly repaired or replaced.
SPECIFIC SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the following safety instructions before attempting to assemble or use this product.
1. Always select a level surface, free from obstructions, when working with power tools.
2. Secure power tools to the table top before starting work.
3. Always wear ANSI approved safety goggles when using any power tool.
4. When folding or unfolding stand, be careful not to pinch your fingers.
5. Make sure all supports are in line with work surfaces.
6. Work extensions and supports must be adjusted within safe operating limits and
locked into place before operating any power tool on the workstation.
7. When working with long or heavy workpieces use additional supports.
8. Test your set-up for stability before each use.
9. Always make sure adjustment keys and wrenches are removed from the work table
before operating any power tool on the workstation.
10. Keep work area clean and uncluttered, also keep children away while setting-up
and/or operating power tools.
11. Check for alignement and binding of moving parts, broken parts or other
conditions which may affect safe operation. Any damaged part should be repaired or
replaced by a qualified technician.
12. Only use identical replacement parts when servicing.

ASSEMBLY & ADJUSTMENTS
ASSEMBLY
Some assembly is required. Carefully remove the
workstation and loose parts from the box. Position the
top of the workstation down on the floor with folded
legs facing upwards.
INSTALLING TRANSPORT HANDLES
1) Install the transport handles (A) Fig.1 to the leg
base (B) at both ends of the workstation using 4
cap screws and nylon hex. nuts.
UNFOLDING WORKSTATION LEGS
1) Press the spring locking pin (A) Fig.2 on the leg
and lift the leg up until the spring locking pin snaps
into place as shown. Repeat for the other 3 legs.
Make sure all spring locking pins have locked into
place.
2) Position the workstation on its legs in the upright
position.
INSTALLING ROLLER ASSEMBLIES AND
SUPPORTS TO EXTENSIONS
1) Insert roller support bracket (A) Fig.3 into the opening
of the extension bar (B), then install and tighten the
lock knob (C) to secure it in place.
2) Install the roller support assembly (D) Fig.3 into the
slot (F) of the roller support bracket (A). Position
the head of the carriage bolt attached under the
roller support lock knob (E) into the round end of
the slot (F), slide the assembly into place. Tighten
roller support lock knob (E) to secure it in place.
3) To lock the extension (B) at a desired distance,
install and tighten the extension lock knob (I), to
secure it in place.
ADJUSTING ROLLER ASSEMBLIES WITH WORK
STOPS
1) The position of each roller assembly can be adjusted side-to-side, loosen lock knob (E) Fig.5,
adjust position and retighten lock knob.
2) The position of each roller assembly can be adjusted up or down, loosen lock knobs (G)
Fig.5, adjust position and retighten lock knobs.
3) Each roller assembly comes with a work stop (H) Fig.5. To use work stop, simply flip it
upwards as shown in Fig.5, when not in use, flip it downwards.

ASSEMBLY & ADJUSTMENTS
INSTALLING POWER TOOL ON QUICK MOUNT
SUPPORTS
Warning! This workstation was designed to install
power tools having a foot print no larger than 18”
deep. If your power tool has a larger foot print, we
recommend mounting your power tool on a board
and mounting the board to the workstation quick
mount supports.
1) Fix the quick mount supports (A) Fig.4 to your
power tool using 4 carriage bolts, washers, spring
washers and hex. nuts (B) as shown. At this point,
only hand tighten the hex. nuts.
2) Position the power tool and quick mount supports
assembly onto the top of the workstation bed, place
the rear of the quick mount supports onto the bed
first, then squeeze the locking handles (A) Fig.5
and lower the front of the quick mount supports to
secure the assembly in place.
3) Once the power tool and quick mount supports
assembly is installed on bed, slide the power tool
back or forth until power tool is in the desired
position (in relation to the roller supports). Completely tighten the hex. nuts using a
wrench.
Note: Additional optional quick mount support kits (model KW-125) are available. These
allow quick interchangeability without having to unbolt your power tool.
INSTALLING ROLLER ASSEMBLY ON WORK LIGHT QUICK MOUNT SUPPORT
If supporting short workpieces is required, it is
recommended to install the roller assembly onto the
work light quick mount support.
1) Install roller assembly (A) Fig.6 into one of two
slots (C) on top of the work light quick mount
support (B). Position the head of the carriage bolt
attached under the roller support lock knob (D) into
the round end of desired slot (C), slide the
assembly into place. Tighten roller support lock
knob (D) to secure it in place.

OPERATION
USING 120V POWER OUTLETS
Warning!
Disconnect any power tool or accessory
from power source before making any adjustments.
Risk of accidental starting which can lead to serious
injuries. Do not expose to rain or use in damp
locations.
1) Once all assembly and adjustment steps have
been followed, plug the power outlet power cord
into a suitable grounded 120V receptacle.
2) Now the work light and/or power tools can be
connected to the power outlet (A) Fig.7.
Warning: Power outlet is rated max. 15 amps/
125 VAC. If this capacity is exceeded, the reset (B)
Fig.7 will trip and cut power to the outlets. It will be
necessary to reduce the load to prevent the reset
from tripping. Unplug power cords from power
outlet(s) and wait a few minutes, reset the power
outlets by pressing the reset switch (B).
USING WORK LIGHT
1) To use work light, install work light quick mount
support onto bed. Plug work light power cord into
power outlet. Turn the work light On using the work
light switch (A) Fig.8 found at the rear of the quick
mount support.
Replacement bulb: Max. 15 Watt, Type T-6.
USING QUICK MOUNT VISE
1) To use vise (A) Fig.9, install quick mount vise
assembly onto bed.
2) This vise comes with an adjustable jaw (B) which
can be quickly removed and repositioned in the jaw
mounting holes (C).
3) Once the jaw is placed in the desired position,
place your workpiece in between the vise jaws and
turn vise locking handle (A) Fig.10 clockwise to
tighten workpiece securely. Turn handle counter-
clockwise to loosen.
