Lay the unit onto its side.
Using a 1/2" socket,
remove all (16) bolts from
all (4) cover assemblies.

Separate the ribbon
cable to detach the LDM
assembly from the CCM
adaptor.

Remove all of the wires
from the MCM assembly by
loosening Screws.

Remove all cables from the
STC PC board by pulling
gently on the connectors.

Remove the IOM from the
STC by rocking and pulling
the Board from side to side
until freed.

If user has TEC2000
DBM module -
Remove the pin cable
connection from
the STC to DBM and
dispose the cable,
please consult with
Emerson team for
TEC2 DBM module.

the hardware from inside of
the TEC2000.

Start by removing the CCM
assembly from the unit.

loosen the (1) screw on the
mounting plate with a small

CCM assembly from the
unit.
