Heatstore HSUFCDC is a digital thermostat designed for electric floor heating systems with a maximum load of up to 16A (3600W). The thermostat features a 4.3” colour touchscreen display and 4 languages. Important information - Please read before proceeding
All wiring must conform to UK IEE 17th Edition Part P
regulations. This product is rated IP30.
All electrical and repair work must be carried out by a qualied
electrician in accordance with current UK IEE regulations and any
local codes or regulations.
Isolate power to the circuit before installation or maintenance.
Ensure the underoor heating circuit is protected by a suitably rated
RCD.
HSUFDC is IP30 rated so is suitable for safe installation in bathrooms
outside of special locations such as wet zones.
Install an electrical back box & conduit before thermostat installation.
Ensure substrate is secure before inserting a groove for the conduit.
Do not ignore IP30 regulations.
Do not install this thermostat in a wet zone.
HSUFCDC Colour Touchscreen Thermostat
HSUFCDC Colour Touchscreen Thermostat is a digital thermostat, which
is designed for electric oor heating systems with a maximum load of
up to 16A (3600W). The thermostat features a 4.3” colour touchscreen
display and 4 languages.
Before you begin
A sensor conduit and deep back box must be installed to continue this
installation. Feed the provided sensor probe (3m) down through the
sensor conduit into a representative area of the oor.

Installation
Push the three clips located on the bottom of the thermostat in with a
screwdriver, releasing the face plate.
Once the face plate has been gently released, disconnect the ribbon
cable to free the face plate from the main body of the thermostat. Put the
faceplate somewhere it will not get damaged.
Wiring diagram
Loosen the tension screws to allow the wires to be inserted and xed.
Position the cables as shown in the wiring diagram and ensure each
screw is tightened correctly. Ensure system is correctly earthed.

Fix thermostat to the wall
Align the holes in the back of the thermostat with the holes in your pre
installed electrical back box and x in place with the screws provided.
Now reconnect the ribbon connection and re-seat the face plate (bottom
edge rst). Ensure the thermostat is securely xed before continuing. You
should hear a loud click when the face plate is secure.

Schedule settings
Press Menu Button, then press
to review your weekly schedule.
Select Mon - Fri, Sat or Sun to edit
your custom heating schedule.
Example: if you want to edit
Sun schedule, press Sun column to
enter the edit page as shown.
Every setting can be selected and
edited with the or buttons.
1. In the Sun column, there are six periods. You can press or
buttons to choose the period you are going to change. will
display next to which ever period is selected.
2. Next you can set the start time and desired temperature by
pressing the and buttons.
3. Press APPLY to save your new schedule.

Protection settings
Press Menu then

protection settings page. You can
set Over Protection temperature &
Low Protection temperature with
the and buttons. Press APPLY
to save the changes.
High protection:
This is an overheat protection setting designed to monitor the oor
temperature and limit it to a level set by you. If the system reaches the
set protection temperature the system will shut off automatically.
Low protection:
This is a frost protection mode designed to function when the thermostat
is switched off. If the ambient temperature reaches the set protection
temperature the system will automatically switch on to maintain a
minimum temperature.
Please note:
The upper limit should be no higher than 280C to conform with
European regulations. Check with your oor nish manufacturer for
guidelines on maximum recommended underoor heating temperature.

Parameter settings
To access parameter settings switch the thermostat OFF and immediately

or >> , and go to other pages by pressing Pre or Next. Please note the
