usingaCat5eEthernetcable.PlugthePoEinto
theACpowersource.TherightmostLEDon

2. Connectthenetworkportofyourcomputerto
thePoEinjectornetworkportusingaCat5e
Ethernetcable.
3. AssigntheEthernetadapteronyourcomputer

Theradiocanoperateinthefollowingmodes:
1. AccessPoint/Master.
2. Station/Client.
3. AccessPointWDS.
4. StationWDS.
Awideareanetwork(WAN)isanetworkthatcoversa
broadarea.Theworld'smostpopularWANisthe
Internet.
Inacommonlyusedsetup,theWANportofanaccess
pointconnectstoamodemviaanEthernetcable.A
modemcanbeacable,digitalsubscri berline(DSL), or
fiberopticmodem.Amodemtranslatesthesignal
fromtheinternetserviceprovider(ISP)toEthernet
signalsthattheaccesspointcanunderstand.This
allows
theaccesspointtohaveinternetconnection.
Otherdevicescalledstationsconnectwirelesslyto
thisaccesspoint.ThesedevicescanbeotherAltum
radios,mobilephones,printers,IPcamer as,laptops.
Thestationsobtaininternetconnectionfromthe
accesspoint.
