Download & Install Yoosee
According to the type of mobile phone to the apple APP Store or Android Google Play Download
and install the “Yoosee” mobile phone terminal Appinstall and login Yoosee.
C. Network camera Connect
Through the WIFI network
(Please note it will take some time connecting it first time and once its set-up it is
just one click to view)
The router is on and Camera is Powered on (You will hear some sound from camera
when powered on).
1-Open Yoosee mobile phone terminal App, on upper right corner click on the “+”, select a
Smartlink
2-The App will automatically identify the mobile phone access to the WIFI SSID.Please enter your
WI-FI password now to establish connection. You must have heard sound from camera waiting
for configuration and let it connect.
3- Once Connected Click next, the wizard to complete the operation in accordance with the
following, Camera input password (123 is the initial password), Camera will say connection
established and will take you back to first TAB Device where you can see you camera now.
Troubleshooting:
(Please Note this is only require if you cannot still go online after setting up)
If during connection you did not hear sound then you may have to restart camera, please
press hold restart button back of camera and sound will come restart to default setting
(QF-516 require small pin as it is small hole back of actual camera just above where QF-516 is
written.Please contact us if you cant restart or need any help).
Now let it start and camera will say again Start reconfiguration and now you can start all
normal procedure for adding camera by clicking SMARTLINK and all above steps (1-3).
Q: I added camera but it says offline
A: Adding first time for some Wi-Fi may take patience mainly due to Wi-Fi setting.
-If you followed all procedure and added camera but on Yoosee Device list you see
your camera offline then please re add camera again and this will fix it now since it already
picked up Wi-Fi setting .
-Click and hold on your camera (offline) icon on YOOSEE and pop up will drop saying
DELETE it, please delete it.
-Now restart camera by holding restart button on back of actual camera until you hear
Restart to default setting then follow normal adding procedure (1-3) above and this will
add now showing online in end.
3. Access to the camera by using Yoosee
Click the Play button on the camera thumbnail, can view real-time video camera.
Video playback: click on the video file list entry blank, in the pop-up option click playback
interface into the video playback, video retrieval the default camera file, select the file to
play.
Settings You can set different parameters of the camera, including receiving alarming information,
and sound are selected here.
Lock icon is used to arm and disarm.

Video Recording
Please follow these steps to for setting up recording
1.
Insert the SD card into the slot behind the camera.

Open “Yoosee”, click the camera name, and “Playback, Settings, Edit”

Click “Settings” >>Date and Time. Set the camera “date and time”
To your local date and time, click “Apply”; Set the “Time zone” to your
Local time zone click “Apply”. Go to “Storage setting or storage info”
To “Format/Erase SD card”.

Remove the SD card and insert again (Very important step).
5.
Click “Settings” from same your camera name >>Record Settings”, turn on “Record Switch”.
6.
Click “Playback”, you can play the recorded videos after 30~60 min
Motion Detection
1.
Open “Yoosee”, click the camera name, and “Playback, Settings, Edit”
Pops up:

Setup Click “Settings” .

Select “Alarm Setting”
4 .Turn on “Receive Alarm” and “Motion Detection”. If you need camera alarm, turn on “Buzzer”.
5. Go back to device list, clicking small lock icon will turn it on and unlocking lock icon will turn it
off. Now motion detection has already set up.
E. Common problems
(The camera does not support 5G at the moment)
Q: Add a device, app does not prompt discovery of new equipment
A: Please check whether the camera and mobile phone in the same
LAN Please check the camera network indicator light is on
If the camera and mobile phone is not in the same LAN, recommend the use of ID to
manually add the camera
Q: To view the real-time video, prompt for password error
A: Please check the camera settings to add remote access password is correct, if
not correct select Edit reset the password in the camera remote access list entry
If you forget the camera remote access password, press "Reset" to suggest the
equipment to restore the factory default value (the default is empty, first add a camera to
create a new password, otherwise will not be able to remotely access)
Q: The list of devices that equipment off-line
A: Please check whether the normal network camera, check the network light is on
Please check whether the normal network router
Q: Infrared remote control to control the camera rotation
A: Please check the infrared remote controller and mobile phone connection is
normal
Please adjust the infrared remote control, infrared receiver at the camera
Some mobile phone needs to be adjusted to the maximum volume keys
Q: Video playback is unable to find the video file
A: Please check whether the damage to the SD card
The retrieval time check the video file, the system time to check the camera
Q: Camera unable to connect to the WIFI
Make sure to enter the WIFI password is correc and on the 2.4G WIFI network
