Installation Instructions
SaunaChrome (Add-On) Ceiling light kit
Your Add-On kit comes complete with 1 Stainless Steel fixture/trim ring, 1 MR16 LED bulb with RJ45
harness, 1 RJ45 in-line coupler and 1 two meter RJ45 extension cable. This kit is designed to be used ONLY
with SaunaChrome base kits.
1. Determine location on the ceiling to mount. Make sure there are no other wires, framing or other obstructions
above mounting location. Using a 2 ¾” hole saw, drill a hole through the ceiling T&G. Insert the RJ45 plug end of
the assembled fixture/bulb into the hole while compressing the two spring clips. Once the clips have entered the
hole release them and the fixture will secure itself to the ceiling.
2. Connect the bulb’s RJ45 wire harness to the existing 8-port splitter that came with your base kit. Use the in-line
connector and RJ45 extension cable if necessary. If the provided extension cable is not long enough, any CAT-5 or
CAT-6 Ethernet cable will work.
Note: all connections should be accessible but not exposed to direct heat or moisture.

in a sauna environment. Any other use may void the warranty. Installing lights in the ceiling of a sauna cabin equipped with a wood burning stove
