SUB-BASS SPEAKER - 6
3 LOGOS 3N LOCALISATION
For optimal sonic result, it is essential that vibrations arising within the Logos 3N be
evacuated to the ground effectively. Solid coupling with a very rigid floor is an essential
element in this process.
Preserve space around the speaker to provide proper cooling.
We recommend using the Logos 3N with the Logos 1N and Logos 2N in a Full Logos
Active System.
4 CONNECTING THE BUILT-IN AMPLIFIER
The Logos 3N input is an unbalanced digital input (S/PDIF). The S/PDIF digital signal
presents two channels (Left and Right). By default the channel left is set from factory.
The Logos 3N uses a full digital filtering, the filters are made by software inside the acoustic
processor (Metis 8, 10, Mimesis 15, 16/16HD, 32) with the standard or personalized
configuration file provided by the Goldmund Universal Configurator.
The signal is treated with the Proteus technology with all its corrections. The Logos 3N has
no active filtering (hardware filter).
Only an official Goldmund representative is able to load and change the configuration file
into your acoustic processor, do not change it by yourself.
A wrong setting can damage the speakers; the warranty will not cover any factory change
without the approval of an official Goldmund representative.
ATTENTION The Logos 3N can only work in association with a Goldmund Acoustic
Processor: Metis 8, Metis 10, Mimesis 15, Mimesis 16/16HD, and Mimesis 32.
