1. Select the area where you would fix the bracket for the network camera, once screw the
bracket please fix the camera correctly.
2. Then connect Ethernet cable and DC power or POE power to the camera, if you would use
POE power please do not connect any other power type to the camera or it may be
damaged.
3. AR1200 and AR1500 use C lens mount, if you would like to use CS type lenses please ensure
you locate in the camera the supplied lens adaptor, once the adaptor is installed you could
use CS lenses. To fix and remove the adaptor ring please use the Allen key, release the top
screw in the box camera and screw/unscrew the ring.
4. Before tighten completely the lens adaptor you can adjust the lens image.

5. To adjust the image please use the lens ring, you could adjust the focal length and the
image sharpness.
6. To be able to access Arlotto IP cam web interface thru IP over Internet Explorer, please
set up the IP camera default level 192.168.1.168 as trusted site. For doing this, please
visit to IE “Internet Options” and select “Security” tag to open “Trust sites” dialog. For
specific to include the default IP address, please click in “sites,” and you may add the
default or future desire IP address to the trusted ones. Notice, you may need to un-tick
“https verification” request. Then apply to save the changes we just did.
7. For being able to download Arlotto ActiveX protocol from camera and have full access to
the IP cam over IE Browser. Please visit the “custom level” at Security section in the
Internet Options. Please find “Download signed ActiveX controls” and “download
unsigned ActiveX controls” to change the security status from “Disable” to “Prompt”.
Then apply to save changes.

8. You will need to close all the browsers and restart it, not the computer, to apply the
changes. When you access the IP cam over IE Browser, you will see the dialog to have
your approval for ActiveX. Please click “Allow” and it will guide you through to login page.
9. For the 1
st
time setup, the default user name and password are required to have access to
your desire setup. Later on, you may change or setup different the user name and
password in the GUI interface.
Default User Name: admin
Default Password: 123456

10. Once access is granted you are ready to change network camera settings.
11. Multi-lingual interface are available at the top left scroll down list in the GUI interface.
12. You are able to access the Arlotto GUI web interface through other web browsers, such as
Opera, Firefox and Google Chrome; for doing so, please visit following quick guides:
