PCB Replacement Instructions
e. Disconnect the five Molex connectors and the RJ11
connector from the PCB (see Figure 5).
TIP: Each Molex connector is a different size. Use the connector sizes
to determine the correct locations when reconnecting each Molex
connector later in this procedure.

f. Using a 7/16" open-end wrench, disconnect the two RF
cables from the PCB’s RF connectors (see Figure 5). Tag
the RF cables first to ensure that they are returned to the
correct location.
g. Using a 1/4" nut driver or wrench, remove the five
standoffs from the PCB. Then, using a #1 Phillips
screwdriver, remove the four screws securing the PCB.
Note the locations of the standoffs and screws to ensure
that they are returned to the correct location (see
Figure 5).
h. Remove the PCB.
i. Reverse this procedure to install the replacement PCB.
Ensure that the cable connectors are returned to their
original positions.
j. Then reinstall the radome and reconnect power to the
TracVision system.

Exercise caution when loosening or tightening the RF
cables. Twisting the RF cables can damage the antenna.
