• Attach the left and right end panels to the left and right ends of the shelf tray black plywood.

1.2.4 Drill the 4 marks on the oor angle.

2.1.6 Place the striker plate 21 - 1/2" from the top of the left panel, then mark the 2 holes of the
striker plate to the ange of the left panel.
2.1.7 • Drill the marks using 3/16" drill bit.
• After drilling the marks, counter sink the holes.

NOTE: After reviting the door hinge, operate the door a few time while observing if the door latch lock
to the stricker plate.
2.1.10 Rivet the door hinge to the right panel.
2.1.9 Attach the 2 foam tape on the both ends of the door panel.

2.2 LOCKER W/ TOP SHELF W/O MOUNTING TRACK INSTALLATION
Mark the 2 holes of the left and
right “L” brackets to the vehicle
horizontal rim.

Mark the 4 holes of the left and right
end panels to the vehicle oor.

2.2.1 • Lift the locker inside the van and put it in place.
• Mark the 2 holes on each “L” bracket to the vehicle horizontal rim.
• Mark also the 4 bottom holes on each end panel.
NOTE: If you have a partition make sure to install it rst before the locker.

Attach plus nut to the holes.

2.2.3 Put back the locker in place aligning the holes to the plus nuts, then install the
“L” brackets and end panels to the plus nuts.
NOTE: After installing the locker make sure that all bolts are tightened.
