Before beginning any tness program, you should obtain a complete physical examination
from your physician.
This exercise equipment is designed and built for optimum safety for home use. However,
certain precautions always apply whenever you operate any exercise equipment. Be sure to
read the entire manual before assembly and operation of this machine. Also, please note the
following safety precautions.
WHEN USING EXERCISE EQUIPMENT, YOU SHOULD ALWAYS TAKE BASIC PRECAUTIONS
INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING:
Read all instructions before using the machine. These instructions are written to ensure your safety and to protect
the unit.
Do not allow children on or near the equipment.
Use the equipment only for its intended purpose as described in this guide.
Do not use accessory attachments that are not recommended by the manufacturer. Such attachments might
cause injuries.
Wear appropriate exercise clothing and shoes for your workout, no loose clothing. Do not wear shoes with
heels or leather soles. Ensure shoes are clean of dirt and embedded stones.
Use care when getting on or off the unit.
Do not over exert yourself or work to exhaustion.
If you feel any pain or abnormal symptoms, stop your workout immediately and consult your physician.
Never operate the unit after it has been dropped or damaged. Return the equipment to a service center for
examination and repair.
Never drop or insert objects into any opening in the equipment.
Always check the unit before each use. Make sure that all fasteners are secure and in good working condition.
Do not use the equipment outdoors or near water.
Only one person may use the machine at a time.
CHILDREN AND PETS
Most exercise equipment is not recommended for small children. Children should not use the equipment
unless they are under strict adult supervision. To ensure safety, keep young children off the machine at all
times.
Exercise equipment has many moving parts. In the interest of safety, keep others (especially children and
pets) at a safe distance while you exercise.
PERSONAL SAFETY DURING ASSEMBLY
It is strongly recommended that a qualied dealer assemble the equipment. Assistance is required.
Before beginning assembly, please take the time to read the instructions thoroughly.
Read each step in the assembly instructions and follow the steps in sequence. Do not skip ahead. If you skip
ahead, you may learn later that you have to disassemble components and that you may have damaged the
equipment.
Assemble and operate the machine on a solid, level surface. Locate the unit at least 1 meter from the walls or
furniture to provide easy access.
The machine is designed for your enjoyment. By following these precautions and using common sense, you will
have many safe and pleasurable hours of healthy exercise.
After assembly, you should check all functions to ensure correct operation. If you experience problems, rst
recheck the assembly instructions to locate any possible errors made during assembly.

Successful tness training programs have one prominent feature in common...safety. Fitness
training has some inherent dangers, as do all physical activities. The chance of injury can
be greatly reduced or completely removed by using correct techniques, proper breathing,
maintaining equipment in good working condition, and by wearing the appropriate clothing.
It is highly recommended that you consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. This is
especially important for individuals over the age of 35, or persons with pre-existing health problems.
Always warm up before starting a workout. Try to do a total body warm up before you start.
Maintaining equipment in proper operating condition is of utmost importance for a safe training program.
Keep hands, limbs, loose clothing and long hair well out of the way of all moving parts.
Inspect the machine before each use for loose or worn parts. Ensure all nuts and bolts are fully tightened. If a
problem is found do not allow the machine to be used until all parts are tightened or worn or defective parts are
repaired or replaced.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
Step 1
Attach the two Roller Wheels (3) to the Main Frame (1). Secure each Roller Wheel (3) with
one Allen Bolt (4) and one Nylon Nut (2) which are pre-assembled on the Main Frame.
Attach the computer support tube (20) to the main frame(1) and fasten it with two sets of
Washer (43) and ellen bolt (19). Take the computer wire (23) from the top bracket of the
support tube (20) and connect it with the computer (24).
Attach the computer to the computer support tube(20) and fasten it with four screws (25)
which are pre-assembled on the back of the computer(24).

Step 2
Insert the slide rail (45) onto the U type connect tube the of main frame (1), fasten with one
axle for the slide rail (41), two sets of ellen bolts (34), spring washers (37) and flat washers
(38). Then insert the ball pin (35).

Step 3
Insert the seat (53) to the slide rail (45).
Insert two cushion rubbers (36) to the slide rail (45), slightly fasten with two ellen bolts (34).
Fasten two foot mats (55) on the rear support tube (54).
Attach the rear support tube (54) to the slide rail (45), fasten with one ellen bolt (19), three
flat washers (43) and two ellen bolts (42).
Then insert two end caps for side rail (40L/R) to the end of slide rail (45).

Step 4
Turn the main frame so that the rear support tube is now on the floor and the underside of
the main frame is visible from the front.
Take off the four self-tapping screws (10) from the end caps for the front stabiliser tube
(8L/R) which are pre-assembled on the end caps, then attach the end caps to the front
support tube (9) by four self-tapping screws (10).
Attach the front support tube (9) to the main frame (1), fasten with four ellen bolts (19).

Step 5
Turn the main frame back again so that the front support tube is on the floor.
Pull out the ball pin (35) from the main frame and unfold the main frame. Then insert the
ball pin (35) to the main frame again for fixation.
Note: Before insert ball pin (35).
1. Slightly lift up the main frame.
2. Assure the fixation holes are on equal position.
3. Insert the ball pin (35) into the fixation holes.

Step 6
Insert the two fixed brackets of the handlebar (11L/R) into the holes on the front support the
tube of main frame (1).
Attach the left pedal (14L) to the left side of main frame (1), fasten with two ellen bolts (13).
Repeat the same steps for the right pedal (14R) to the right side of main frame (1).

Step 7
The handlebar (29) can be put on the fixed bracket.
Plug the adaptor (82) into the adaptor jack.

Pull out the ball pin (35) and lift up the slide rail to fold the machine when done using.

METER INSTRUCTIONS
!!! For simple exercise, it is not always necessary to select a training program or manually set the
TIME, DISTANCE or other values. You can simply start pedaling.

As soon as the computer is connected to the power supply, an acoustic signal sounds and all of the
displays are shown on LCD for 2 seconds (Drawing 1).

If no button are pressed and the pedals have not been moved for approx. 4 minutes, the
computer LCD will switch OFF. When the system stopped, all exercise settings and data
will be saved. When power on next time, it will continue last calculation.

(Each increment or decrement is 100)
CALORIES 0 ~ 9999 Cal. -Burned calories during rowing.
-Setting range 0~9990
STROKES 0~9999 -The movements when complete rowing.
-Scan and calculate Total strokes in every 6 seconds.
PULSE 30-230 BPM -User hear rate displaying during rowing.
-Setting range 0-30~230Bpm

Reset
- Hold on pressing for 2 seconds, computer will reboot.
- Reset all values to zero.
- Reverse to main menu after finishing a workout.
Start/ Stop
- Start or Stop rowing training.
Recovery
- Track user Heart rate in recovery phase.

All settings made with the computer are confirmed with an acoustic signal:
1 shot beep = valid setting confirmed
2 shot beeps =invalid settings reminder
2 shot beeps =PULSE exceed setting value
3 shot beeps =WATT limit is over spec
4 shot beeps =any function count down to 0 or system alarm
6 shot beeps=system force to stop
Training Data
The computer calculates and displays all values automatically according to user rowing status
(see table).
Take note:
* If only a “P” is shown instead of pulse value in PULSE window, it is impossible to measure the HR.
Wear the chest belt properly so that computer can detect your heart rate.
* The profile displayed in the center field depends on the type of exercise that has been set.
The computer provides a number of ways to vary the exercise session and make it more motivating.
*The following exercising are available:
-Manual Training (training without programs)
-Training with Programs (there are 12 programs preset, P01~P12)
-Training with the Heart Rate program (H.R.C)
-Training with competition program (RACE)
-Training with your own program (User program)
Starting exercise immediately (MANUAL)
When power on,then MANUAL-->PROGRAM-->H.R.C.-->RACE-->USER is flashing with 1Hz.
Press UP and DOWN to choose MANUAL (Drawing 2) and confirm by pressing ENTER. If you
have previously selected a program or started your workout, press RESET to return to the starting
display.

-Press START/STOP button to start workout immediately without entering further settings.
-Press UP and DOWN keys to input your personal settings and press ENTER to confirm. The following
fields will flash in turn:
. TIME (or DISTANCE) (Time and Distance can’t preset at the same time.)
. CALORIES
. PULSE
Use UP & DOWN to set values and confirm your selection by ENTER button.
Press START/STOP to start workout (Drawing 3).
