2. Ergonomic notebook usage

Using your notebook in an ergonomic position is important for your health. Using the Conceptronic Desktop

Notebook Stand is the first step to an ergonomic working position. The images below show an example of

an optimal ergonomic position and a bad position.

3. Preparing & using the notebook stand

Use the following steps to prepare the Notebook Stand for use.

1. Slide the USB Hub module on the back o the notebook stand.

2. Adjust the height of the notebook stand by pulling the

adjustment knob on the side of the notebook stand.

Note :

To adjust the height, pull the knob. Do NOT try to turn the knob.

This will damage the notebook stand.

OK ! NOT OK !

3. Put your notebook on the notebook stand.

4. Connect the included USB cable to the USB Hub module and

your notebook.

5. Connect the included power adapter to the USB Hub module

and to a free wall outlet.

6. Connect your USB devices (mouse, keyboard, camera, printer,

etc.) to the USB hub of the notebook stand.

Your notebook stand is now ready to use.

Tip :

On the left side of the notebook stand, you can eject a cable

guide by pulling the strip in the notebook stand. This cable guide

can be used to guide your USB cable, notebook power cable or

other cables to your notebook.
