REMOVEREGULARHOPPERFROMSWINGTUBE:



Step1:Removethedoorpinandsnappin

securingthetransitionaccessdoor.



Step2:Detachtheregularhopperfromthe

swingtubebyremovingthetwo

boltsandlocknutsthatattachthe

hoppertothetransition.Remove

theswingtubebyguidingtheswing

tubeflightshaftoutofthehopper

u‐joint.



Step3:Placethehopperupsidedownona

flatsurface.



Note:Useappropriateliftingdeviceto

move.



Step4:Measure3‐1/2”fromtheedgeof

thehopperanddrawamark.



Step5:Lineupthesideofthewheelspindle

bracketwiththemarkcreatedin

step4andthefrontendwiththe

insideedgeofthehopper.Markthe

positionforthefirstbolthole.



Step6:Drillthefirstbolthole.

Step7:Installthefirst5/16”x3/4”boltand

locknut.Tightensecurely.



Note:Ensurethewheelspindleistightened

squarewiththehopper.



Step8:Usingthewheelspindleasa

template,drillthethreeremaining

boltholes.



Step9:Installthethreeremaining5/16”x

3/4”boltsandlocknuts.Tighten

securely.



Step10:Repeatsteps4through9onthe

othersideofthehoppertoinstall

thesecondwheelspindle.
