WARNING!
• Product must be fully assembled before use.
• When used as a booster seat, always use the restraint system and the chair attachment
system and ensure they are correctly fitted before use. Always check the security and the
stability of the chair mounted seat on the adult chair before use. Do not use the chair
mounted seat on stools or benches.
• NEVER lift this product with your child in it.
• Do not use this product if it is damaged or broken.
• For use on a chair of minimum dimensions 46.0 cm (W) x 46.0 cm (D) x 15.0 cm (H).
• Check that both the floor and seat of the chair are level before installing the booster seat.
• Only use accessories or replacement parts approved by Summer Infant.
• Always keep child in view while in product.
• PREVENT FALLS: Never use near stairs. Never use on any elevated surface.
• To avoid tip over, place product on a flat level surface.
• Strings can cause strangulation! DO NOT place items with a string around child's neck,
such as hood strings or pacifier cords. DO NOT suspend strings over product or attach
strings to toys.
WARNING! Prevent serious injury or death from sliding out,
falls, or tipping over.
• Always secure child in the restraint until child is able to get in and out of the booster seat
without help (about 2½years old). The child should be secured in the booster seat at all
times by the restraining system. The tray is not designed to hold the child in the chair.
• NEVER leave child unattended.
• NEVER allow a child to push away from table.
• ALWAYS check security of fit to adult chair before each use.
• Do not use in motor vehicles.
• Use ONLY by children capable of sitting upright unassisted.
CAUTION: KEEP SMALL PARTS OUT OF CHILD’S REACH.

SET-UP & USE:
Stage 1: Infant support seat (no assembly necessary)
Unbuckle child restraint straps and place child in seat. Secure buckle and adjust to a snug fit.
NOTE: For larger babies, soft seat can be removed by pulling straps through slots in soft seat.
Stage 2: Floor time activity seat
Step 1: Place the 4 tray sections upside down on the floor (Figure A).
Step 2: Fit the rear tray section to the right tray section and secure with 2 screws. Repeat process
with the left tray section (Figures B & C).
Step 3: Turn tray over and slide into position on the seat track exactly as shown in Figures D & E.
Step 4: Rotate the tray clockwise until the opening in the tray matches the opening in the seat
(Figure F).
Step 5: Slide front tray section onto activity tray by squeezing and releasing front latch to lock into
place (Figure G).
Step 6: Insert rabbit teether and tree spinner toys into the holes in the side of the tray (Figure H).
Insert the ends of the toybar into the holes in the back of the tray (Figure I).
Step 7: Unbuckle child restraint straps and place child in seat. Secure buckle and adjust to a snug fit.
Note: When placing baby in and out of seat, rotate tray so that front tray section is in front of the child.

TO CLEAN:
Wipe with warm, soapy water and rinse clean. Wipe with a clean wipe cloth.
MAINTENANCE:
Please check the following before each use:
Make sure the toys are securely attached to the tray at all times.
SET-UP & USE: (continued):
Stage 3: Booster seat
NOTE: When used as a booster, this product is intended for children able to sit up unaided and up
to 3 years or a maximum weight of 15 kg. Ensure that the adult chair with the chair mounted seat is
placed in a position where the child is not able to use its feet to push against the table or any other
structure as this could cause the chair to tip over.
Step 1: Remove entire tray from unit.
Step 2: Locate chair straps taped to the bottom of the seat base.
Step 3:
Turn seat unit over. Slide folded ends of chair straps into slots on the back of the seat (Figure J).
Pull up to ensure chair straps are secured in slots (Figure K)
.
Repeat for slots in the side of seat with the
second set of chair straps.
Step 4: Place booster seat onto chair. Pass the bottom chair straps under base of chair and secure
buckle. Pull and tighten chair strap to ensure a snug fit (Figures L & M).
Step 5: Pass rear chair strap around back of chair and secure buckle. Pull and tighten chair strap to
ensure a tight fit.
Step 6: Unbuckle child restraint straps and place child in seat. Buckle child into child restraint and
tighten straps for a snug and secure fit (Figure N).
