Mobile Power FL3022 is a multifunctional safety tool that can be used in case of emergencies. It features a built-in window hammer for breaking through windshields or windows, a seatbelt cutter for quickly cutting through seat belts, and a bright spotlight / work light with a built-in magnetic base for hands-free operation. To prevent serious injury or property damage:
• When using tool, basic safety precautions should always be followed
to reduce the risk of personal injury and/or property damage. Read all
instructions before using this tool!
• DO NOT open, drop, short-circuit, incinerate, expose to temperatures
higher than 140°F, or change/use if damage.
• Only use charging adaptors provided with the Safety Hammer. Use of any
other adaptors may damage the unit or result in a fire.
• Do no operate in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of
flammable liquids, gases or dust.
• DO not charge the Safety Hammer for more than 12 hours. Overcharge
will cause overheating and shorten the battery life.
• Read warning on the package before use.
• Keep away from children. Children must never be allowed to play with this
safety device. THIS IS NOT A TOY!
• Store unit when not in use. This tool should always be charged and ready
in case of emergency
• Use the right tool for the job. Do not attempt to force this tool. Do not
modify this tool and DO NOT use this tool for a purpose for which it was
not intended.
• In case of emergency, protect your face while using the safety hammer to
break a window, always shield yourself and passengers from a risk of
injury caused by flying glass.
This Safety Hammer / Seatbelt Cutter & Emergency Tool is designed to
break through windshields or windows and cut the seat belts on the vehicle
in case of an emergency, it also includes a built-in COB Work Light, 1 Watt
LED Flashlight, Red flashing LED’s and magnetic base.
This product and its power cords may contain chemicals known to the State
of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm;
wash your hands after handling.

CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS
BREAKING THE GLASS:
1. If it is necessary to break glass, grip the safety hammer tool by the
handle, with the hammer head facing forward.
2. Cover your face and eyes with any available protective shield.
3. Strike the glass hard with the steel hammer tip. Avoid contact with
broken glass to prevent cutting yourself or others. Make sure the
opening is large enough for a safe exit (you may have to strike the
glass repeatedly).
CUTTING THE SEAT BELT:
1. Release the tightness of your
seatbelt as much as possible.
2. Hook the seatbelt into
the blade, and pull up/down,
continuing to pull as the blade
cuts through the belt.
THE MULTIFUNCTIONAL SAFETY HAMMER TOOL MUST BE FULLY CHARGED
BEFORE BEING USED FOR THE FIRST TIME. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT
THE BATTERY BE RECHARGED EVERY 3 MONTHS TO ENSURE MAXIMUM
PERFORMANCE.
The charging cable and DC charging adapter are for recharging the battery
only, they cannot be used to directly power the lights. Always ensure that all
the switches are in the OFF position while charging.
USING THE DC VEHICLE CHARGING ADAPTER
1. Unscrew the bottom of the Safety Hammer Tool by rotating the base
counter clock wise.
2. Plug the charging cable jack into the charging port on the bottom of the
unit next to the charging indicator LED.
3. Plug the DC adapter into the vehicle’s 12V DC cigarette lighter or accessory
power socket
4. Connect the charging Cable USB jack to the USB port on the DC charging
adapter.
5. The charging indicator light will glow RED while charging is in progress.
6. The battery will be fully charged after approximately 5 to 6 hours and the
RED charging indicator light will turn GREEN when the unit is fully charged.
7. Disconnect the DC vehicle charger from the safety hammer first and then
the other end from the 12V power outlet.

NOTE: SOME VEHICLES REQUIRE THE KEY TO BE ON ACC POSITION TO
ACTIVATE THE 12V DC ACCESSORY OUTLET.
TO PREVENT OVERCHARGING DO NOT CHARGE FOR MORE THAN 8
HOURS CONTINUOUSLY.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
The DC charging adapter can be used in most vehicles by plugging into the
12V DC cigarette lighter or accessory power socket.
Store in dry location and do not allow the charging adapter to come in
contact with water, rain or snow.
If the charging adapter comes in contact with water, place in a dry location at
room temperature, on a soft absorbent towel and allow to dry thoroughly.
Do not operate the unit until is completely free of moisture.
Use only the DC charging adapter supplied with the unit. Do not attempt to
charge the Safety Hammer with an adapter that is not compatible as this
could result in a fire, damage to the light or personal injury.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Recharge the unit indoors in a dry location only. Exposure to damp or wet
conditions could cause a shock or damage to the unit.
Do not recharge the unit near flammable liquids or materials.
Store in dry location and do not allow the charging cables to come in come in
contact with water, rain or snow.
If the charging adapters/cables come in contact with water, place in a dry
location at room temperature, on a soft absorbent towel and allow to dry
thoroughly.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE STORAGE
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Store the multifunctional Safety Hammer Tool and charging adapters in a
clean and dry area. Make sure to keep the charging adapters supplied with
this product stored separately from similar items as only charging adapters
included with this unit are compatible. Using a non-compatible charger
could cause damage to the unit and / or personal injury.
The Multifunctional Safety Hammer should be stored in a vehicle for use in
roadside emergencies. To prevent the unit and any other accessories being
damaged, ensure that it is properly secured and in a safe place inside the
vehicle.
CLEANING
All exterior surfaces of the multifunctional Safety Hammer can be wiped
clean with a soft cloth dampened with a mild soap and water solution.
Do not immerse or submerge any parts of the light in water or any other
solvent.
Never use solvents or cleaning agents containing petroleum (petrol,
kerosene, oil), paint thinner, turpentine, alcohol or ammonia. Harsh
materials like these can damage the surfaces.
MAINTENANCE
Only qualify service personnel must perform repairs. Do not open the
exterior casing of the Safety Hammer as there are no user serviceable
parts inside. Opening or visible attempts to open or repair the unit may
void the warranty and / or cause damage to the unit or personal injury. LED
bulbs do not need to be replaced.
This product contains an internal Lithium-ion battery pack formulated
from environmentally sensitive materials. This product must be disposed of
properly with due care for the environment. Please return this product to
your local dealer or local recycling center where batteries will be recycled
or disposed of properly.
MobilePower, LLC. Warrants to the original purchaser that this Emergency
Hammer Tool shall be free from materials defects in constructing material
and workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of
purchase. If the product is determined by MobilePower, LLC. to be defective
in material and workmanship during the warranty period, MobilePower,
LLC. will repair or replace the defective product or defective accessories/
components with the factory original specification product at MobilePower,

LLC. option. The original purchaser is certified to obtain this warranty
with the proof of purchase within the warranty period. To obtain a return
authorization and shipping instructions related to the warranty

mobilepower-us.com. You may ship the defective product with freight
prepaid to MobilePower, LLC. Your replacement will be mailed back to you
at no additional charge.
Great care must be taken when packing the product and all associated
accessories into a suitable packing box along with original dated purchasing
receipt or invoice. The package must include a letter stating the defect
details, contact information including physical address. Any address with
a PO Box will not be processed and will be held until further notification
from the consumer. Make certain that your package can be tracked when
you are shipping the defective products to us. MobilePower, LLC will not be
responsible for lost packages sent by consumers. MobilePower, LLC. Will
not be responsible for damages incurred during shipment to our facilities.
Failure to provide the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase will
render this warranty invalid.
THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY IF THIS PRODUCT (A) IS DAMAGED
RESULTING FROM ABUSE, MISUSE, NEGLIGENCE, ACCIDENT, LACK OF
MAINTENANCE, WEAR AND TEAR, UNREASONABLE USE OR BY OTHER
CAUSES UNRELATED TO THE DEFECTIVE MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP;
(B) IS USED WITH PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THIS
UNIT; (C) IS USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES; (D) IF THE PRODUCT
HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO
WATER AND FIRE.
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights,
and you may also have other rights which vary from
state to state.
