SPECIFICATIONS
INSTALLATION
Connectors: Screw-type
Emitter outputs: (4) 1/8" mono mini-jacks
Power supply: +12vdc unregulated power supply
Dimensions: 3.071"H x 1.654"W x .787"D
Extra Emitter Jack: Allows for an extra Emitter (or 4 extra emitters using the Audioplex IRS-1).
The IRB-4 provides a convenient connecting point for a remote relay system, eliminating hard-wiring.
Multiple IRTargets can be connected in parallel (up to 12) to the screw-down connector. We recommend
running 4-conductor "home-runs" from each room to the equipment stack and either connect directly to the
IRB-4 or use our IR-TB termination block as shown in the wiring diagram below. Each emitter and the
power supply have their own plug-in jacks. Additional emitters can be used from the auxiliary emitter jack.
Utilizing the Audioplex IRS-1, up to (4) additional hard wired emitters can be used. Follow the wiring
diagram below for basic set up. Note that if using IRTargets with System Status, the SYS-TAT power supply
should be plugged into a switched outlet on your A/V receiver.
