5. About Your DA103-302
The DA103-302 HDMI 1x2 DA with built-in input cable (also known as a "splitter") distributes a single HDMI signal into two identical outputs simultaneously.
The built-in input cable helps to reduce cost by not requiring a third cable, but also makes the installation quicker and easier. This is a HDMI device with
embedded High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP).
This product enables one HDMI device to present simultaneous feeds to two separate HDMI displays with computer resolutions up to 1920 X 1080 and HDTV
formats 480p to 1080p at distances up to 60 feet on each output. The DA103-302 handles DHCP keys automatically to provide proper content protection.
Supporting standards such as HDMI Deep Color and Digital Audio formats LPCM, Dolby AC3, DTS, and DSD, this compact distribution amplifier is extremely
powerful.

8. Troubleshooting Guide
We have carefully tested and have found no problems in the supplied DA103-302. However, we would like to offer suggestions for the following:
Symptom
Resolution
No Display
The AC103-302 receives power from the HDMI source. If the source does not provide +5V on the HDMI output
connector, an external +5VDC power adapter must be used to power the unit; Altinex part number PS5508US.
1. Make sure the source is powered and set to output an HD format signal.
2. Make sure the display is connected to the HDMI DA and that the display is powered.
3. Verify the Output Signal LED is ON and RED indicating a proper signal is detected and processed.
Poor Output Image
1. Check the quality and length of the HDMI cables. Excessively long cables at high resolutions can result in a poor
quality signal. Do NOT exceed 60 ft (18 m) on each output.
