IMPORTANT:

TURN OFF POWER AT MAIN FUSE OR

CIRCUIT BREAKER BOX BEFORE

STARTING INSTALLATION

Carefully unpack and identify all parts before

assembly. Bulbs are not included.

1. Install a hex nut onto one end of long threaded 

 pipe leaving about 1/2 in. (13mm) of thread 

 exposed. Insert a lock washer and then fasten 

 same end of pipe into tab, located at bottom of 

 fixture plate, with a hex nut from above.

2. Lay glass shade on top of fixture plate. Then 

 install cage onto fixture plate by fastening 

 with machine screws at top section. Then slip 

 font till it checks onto bottom of cage and lock 

 into position with a finial.

3.  Follow enclosed “Multiple Standard

 Installation Instructions” for electrical and

 fixture installation onto outlet box.

4. Install light bulb (not included). See relamping

 label located at socket area for type and

 maximum allowed wattage.
