Please read the assembly instructions carefully before you start to work!

A. REPAIR ELEMENTS

1. Actuator Aquatec

Beluga (order no. 15828) incl. pulley assembly

2. Motor bolt (order no. 14468)

3. Assembly instructions (4 pages)

B. TOOLS

1. Phillips screw driver size no. 1

2. Screw driver

3. Pliers

C. PREPARATION

Place the Aquatec

Beluga in a folded up position on a table.

D. DISMANTLING

1. Push the holder down, away from the motor until it loosens.

2. Swing the actuator upwards. Attention: Take care of the cable, do not catch it!

3. Unscrew the lid of the electronic casing on the backrest. Loosen the Phillips screws

with screwdriver no. 1.

4. Remove the lid and the gasket carefully and unplug both motor cable plugs with the

pliers from the circuit board. Put the lid and the gasket aside!

5. Remove the motor cable with gasket from the guiding.

6. Push the actuator down again.

7. Break the hooks of the motor bolt with the screw driver and remove the motor bolt.

8. Now the actuator can be removed.

E. ASSEMBLY

1. Take the motor out of the packing.

2. Replace the motor cable with gasket in the guiding.

3. Carefully replace the gasket of the lid.

4. Put the motor cable plugs on the connectors of the circuit board.

5. Close the electronic casing with the lid. Make sure that the gasket is in a correct

position.

6. Screw the lid on but please do not strip the screws!

7. Put the new actuator in its position on the backrest. Now put in the new motor bolt

until it is engaged.

8. Push the actuator in the spindle catch. Make sure that the spring under the actuator

is in its correct position.

9. Hold the holder vertically to the actuator and press it carefully downwards until it is

engaged.
